I came here on a Saturday afternoon. There were people sitting at the tables inside but luckily, no one was in line. I went straight to the tablet to order because I didn't realize there was someone behind the counter until afterwards. I ordered an iced vanilla rose latte for myself, an iced hojicha latte for my boyfriend, and a beef & mushroom piroshki for us both. After I ordered, I went to an empty seat and waited there. As I was waiting, people came in. There was only one person working behind the counter. She took their orders and they got their drinks almost immediately. Eventually, I got up and went to check on the status of my order. She saw me waiting in line and told me my order was coming right up. I got my drinks and they were hot instead of iced. It seems like the lady was busy and rushing, so I didn't want to ask her to remake the drinks. Plus, my parking meter was about to run out of time, so I didn't want to wait any longer. To be fair, I think one of the reasons my order took a little longer was because of the piroshki. She heated it up, which was nice. My drink was very floral-y. I don't usually go for rose but it was good. My boyfriend said his hojicha just tasted like milk. However, I could personally taste the hojicha. He really enjoyed the piroshki, though. Overall, I would give the food and drinks a 4/5, service 3/5, and ambiance 5/5.

I have a long commute with a connection at Glen Park BART. When I missed the shuttle today my consolation/reward was a trip to Bello Coffee & Tea while I waited for the next bus. Where else can I get a seahorse latte? And the barrista made the best tasting latte I can imagine! I may have to make a habit of missing the bus!!

While waiting for a Muni bus at Diamond and Bosworth in the Glen Park neighborhood, I noticed a Cafe called Bello Coffee & Tea. Even if I didn't notice the Cafe, I could smell the strong coffee aromas which was reason enough to visit. Inside, the Cafe I felt a quaintness and comfortable ambience. The aesthetics are nice and are a mix between wood, glass and brass. The Coffee itself is very good and is grounded onsite. Since my visit was early in the morning, I enjoyed a pastry which was nothing special but fresh and protected by a glass case. Bello will be my new Cafe whenever I am in the Glen Park area, mostly because of the product quality, customer service and ambience.

Cozy (almost) corner coffee shop serving a classic selection of coffee beverages and small bites. Came by for cappuccino. Great laidback vibe and friendly staff. Lots of functional coffee related decorations. Can definitely tell the owner is a huge coffee aficionado! Easily accessible from the BART station. Restroom access and WiFi available after purchase.
