Did I pay for the staffer’s free smoothie?I paid $11 dollars hoping to intake a few leaves of kale. The staffer took out the cup with the ingredients for my cup of smoothie from the ridge. And he added a lot of ice to it and ran the blender. After pouring the liquid back to that cup, there’s still another half of the mix in the blender. I asked, are you going to throw it away? They said, no they will drink it themselves. I said but I paid for the kale and I want my kale. They said they can’t give me another cup because they do inventory counting cups (this point makes sense to me), but they will drink the other half of smoothie.Did I pay for the staffer’s free smoothie? And that they got free a drink after diluting my purchase?

Poor service, drink itself was nothing too special, but could've been worse, very expensive considering all of that as well.

Went here for the smoothies and man I was happy about it. Made fresh upon ordering by two ladies who work there and serve with a big happy smile.Even gave me a little bonus cup for the extra smoothie leftovers from their blender.Smoothies were tasty and super fresh. Exactly what I was looking for while waiting to board my plane.Ginger shot was bullseye as well. And pretty big. Yummm. The counter is well designed too, just like almost everything on SFO airport.Enjoyable place to get yourself a nice drink.

You would think that a simple coffee shop with takeout would be no problem. My expectations were not high. I asked for the yogurt and granola parfait. Harshly they told me it’s in front of you. I kept looking and couldn’t see it. I asked again, and again was told that it was in front of me. This happened about five times!! Finally I said you come out here and show it to me. Of course there wasn’t any! So they made one for me. Then I ordered a Matcha latte with oat milk. I actually saw them using coconut milk instead. And they didn’t put almost any Matcha in it. It was drinkable. I didn’t say anything. I also got a bagel which was edible. Remember, there are other options at the airport! You don’t have to eat here. I can’t believe it I tipped them!!

Absolutely awful experience, they sold me yoghurt with rotten strawberries in it that smelled like a dead animal. First refused to give a refund then made me stand around and wait being super rude. No apology nothing, left all the other old yoghurts in the fridge. If you want to avoid food poisoning do not go

Overpriced. The airport is a window into its the city, as such, this restaurant fails. You can do better San Francisco. Unfortunately, this is probably the best option in the terminal.

The BEST Matcha latte inside SFO's international terminal (after TSA security, terminal 1)!!! I loved that this cafe offered an organic unsweetened powdered Matcha! My Matcha latte was great in quality!! The Filipina barista made it so well, not clumpy at all and just the right strength! This cafe even had honey as an option for sweeteners! Thank you Black Point Cafe! Please do NOT change your matcha brand, you guys have a great thing going on here! I fly through SFO often and I will be frequenting your cafe just for your Matcha!! Please consider offering a soy mylk option, that would be even more fantastic! I highly recommend the Matcha lattes at this cafe.
