Growing up, getting Blondie's pizza was kind of a treat. Mostly because their original spot by the cable car turnaround near Union Square wasn't exactly convenient to where I lived (parking was tough even back then), but also because their slices were far bigger than anything I was used to seeing. As a kid, it felt like they were larger than the size of my head! So, it's safe to say it was a bit of a bummer when they shuttered and even more exciting that they were making a comeback with a new location on this side of SF. Talk about swings - from inconveniently located to seemingly gone to back to uber convenient. And better yet, the pizzas are still as huge as I remember! In a variety of ways, Blondie's newest outpost feels like the perfect fit. Not only are they far better than any of the past pizza places that have called this spot home in Stonestown's food court, but they're budget friendly prices are great considering its proximity to SF State and all of the different high school kids that come here (they have student specials as well). Compared to other pizzerias out there, their pizza combinations aren't super unique (Cheese, Vegetarian, Pepperoni, Combination, Pesto Chicken, BBQ Chicken, etc.), but there are about a dozen in total to choose from, along with a handful of pastas, buffalo wings, chicken tenders, and fries. Since we were ordering for a potluck with kids there as well, we wanted something between a pepperoni and a combination would be good and landed on a PEPPERONI, SAUSAGE, AND MUSHROOM PIZZA ($36.95). Now, when we ordered a "Godzilla" size (four inches larger than an X-Large), we figured we were getting something big, but this thing was MASSIVE. So massive that we actually had to put it in the trunk in order for it to sit flat (wouldn't fit on the floor in the car). Sadly, I forgot to snag a photo, but trust me when I say this also came loaded with a generous amount of toppings as well. I just wish their pizza sauce tasted a little better (it felt kind of generic) and that the crust wasn't so thick. The consistency of it was fine (it had a nice chew to it), but it didn't have a ton of flavor to it either (it's akin to read). While I debated for a while on which way to round from THREE AND A HALF STARS, I ended up rounding down. Ultimately, as much as I appreciate the nostalgia and being able to get Blondie's pizza again, the reality is that it's closer to okay than great. Not that I would ever hesitate in coming back to give them another shot and relive a bit more nostalgia.

Used to love eating this as a kid downtown. I was happy to see Blondie's in this side of the city -- In the mall, no less! Slices are huge, and freaking delicious. The staff are amazing as well!

Fluffy dough and right amount of pepperoni made for great slice! Spicy sauce as well.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was perfectly crispy and cheesy, no complaints. I recommend ordering on the app so it can be ready for pick up, there were a lot of ppl waiting in line

Be ready to wait when you order a pizza on site. Don't matter the size. Be ready to wait. Be ready to wait. Be ready to wait. Be ready to wait. (Since I need 85 characters)

Blondies brings back a lot of memories from the time they were in downtown. I'm glad to see them back and in the food court of Stonestown. They had about four flavors when I stopped by and you can see that they keep on making the pizzas non stop. I ordered my Chicken BBQ and vegetarian pizza and waited for it. It seems like will pop your pizza back in the oven to reheat it to give it back to you, which made the wait kind of long. The pizza was still good and it's best to eat this right away. It's a little pricey but i guess that's how it's like nowadays.

Kinda bland, to be honest. Sauce has no zest, very bready, chicken is meh, garlic is barely roasted.

This place had wanted to try after eating at several good pizza places. I ordered a sausage supreme pizza and waited as the place was extremely busy during the CAL Berkeley peak staff. I received my pizza and took a bite and it was okay, it didn't have the normal taste from Blondie's Pizza and was just okay. I was disappointed as I had waited to try this spot looking for a different out come.

I am so glad another Blondie's pizza opened up on the other side of town! The slices at Blondie's is huge! I would say it is quite worth the price. I paid $7.95 for a huge slice of pepperoni pizza. They use all beef pepperoni and I feel like you can really taste the difference! They also brush the crust with garlic oil!! This is such a wonderful touch and I don't remember the Blondie's in downtown doing this. Must be something new? If you're a student, they have a great student discount for you and your friend! I've had this pizza about 3 days ago and I am still thinking about it! 10/10 and would definitely go back

I get whole pies to go and reheat in oven. What comes out are slightly crunchy with still pillowy soft crust. Blondie's isn't overly oily or salty so I don't feel excessively weighed down or parched after like with many pizzas. Is it fancy, artesan crafted pies with gourmet ingredients? Of course not, but it's convenient, a fairly good value when buying whole pies vs slices, and we really enjoy it.

This review is solely for the pasta. Pizza is fine. Moving on.. I ordered fettuccine Alfredo via Uber Eats along with a couple slices of pizza. Pizza was fine, big serving for a single slice. Opened the pasta and it smelled SOUR. Tasted it--SOUR. They probably used expired milk for the sauce or used expired pre-made sauce. Sauce was hella clumpy (pictured below in my compost bin). Had to toss the whole dish. Sucks bc I love Blondies, especially considering I started eating at the OG location and was super excited they were at Stonestown. So lame. So gross. So disgusting.

This pizza slice is humongous, ginormous and greasy. It's comes out hot, fresh and ready to eat. "Almost" as as good as the old store on Powell street.
