I got the matcha latte with oat meal and it was quite creamy and had good matcha taste. I added boba and I absolutely love boba guy's boba! It is perfectly chewy and soft, as well as coated in honey which makes it sweet. I like that you are able to adjust the milk at no extra cost. One thing I didn't like was that the cashier did not ask me if I wanted toppings, milk alternative, sugar adjustments, ice adjustments or which size; so I ended up getting (default) small instead of large because it had slipped my mind when I was telling her all my adjustments. Otherwise the drink itself was very good! Their boba is solid and they have interesting drink flavors like banana milk. They also have a good amount of seating instead if you're looking for a nice place to hang around.

Boba Guys I've lived in San Francisco all my life and have had boba sporadically, but actually never tried boba guys until today. I've always seen it around, but today I got to get a taste for myself. I got the Strawberry Matcha Latte w/ boba: their signature and most popular drink. Organic premium-grade matcha from Tea, choice of milk, and their house-made strawberry puree. I made sure to get less ice and sugar. The ratio of boba to drink was amazing. The boba was also some of the better boba I've had. After mixing the entire drink together, it tasted soooo good! glad to finally try this place, will be back for the other options!

Boba was fine but the staff is rude. After we finished our boba, I took my kid to use the bathroom only to be told the restroom was for customers. When I said we were, the guy had another worker give us the key but only after commenting that he didn’t think we actually bought anything. All this attitude for a 4-yo that needs to use the bathroom. Regretting my tip.

Drink is so cheap. Signs say the founders wanted high quality ingredients in boba but it looks like they’ve trimmed down their spending on ingredients and have become another Bay Area waste of space.
The very worst location, staff always gets orders wrong, denies it, and refuses to fix. Avoid!

My 14 years old son Ethan is obsessed with your Boba. He buys everyday after school as he goes to his after school program. Today, he rode his scooter to get all of us someAfternoon boba. His boba fell as he entered the elevator. He went back and told the staff that his boba spilled . He was prepared to buy another one but staff recognized the little black boy in dreads. They gave hîm a free free to replace. He was so happy and I thought I would write a review to just appreciate the amazing staff you have who take care of our kids while we are away. I will make him intern there since he loves your boba so much.Thank you once again and keep up the good service and best Boba in town.
