Have not visited this location for long time. I remember foods used to be good. But this time not sure if quality of food had changed. Ordered a combo, the sandwich is warm but it tasted like been sitting out for a long time and barely any meat in the sandwich.

I approached the lady that was in the counter to ask for a napkin. And she said wait a minute in a very rude tone, and never got back to me. I had to ask another lady for a napkin and she helped me.

Large orders are always wrong. They never even put enough chicken salad etc to cover the bread. The crab melt was inedible. It continues to be a struggle to select this place to eat lunch.

The food is top notch, but, i just ordered a sandwich, croissant, and one garlic bread to surprise my colleague at work, since he likes those - and you forgot to put garlic bread) my bad since I did not double check, but honestly, that small stuff just ruined my second half of the day)

Always consistent, easy online ordering and pick up, classic menu with seasonal options-a local staple for our family. We also are members of their rewards program and enjoy the perks of free bread and discounts.

I love Boudins, but they need to work on their fresh Dungeness crab menu. We came here for the Dungeness crab menu and ordered everything they had with the crab...so here goes. Crab melt: 0/5 Look at the picture of this disgustingly dry horrible melt. It was the worst crab melt I've ever had. Dry hard bread with funky crab meat that tasted like it was from a can----seriously disgusting. Crab corn chowder: 1/5 watery corn soup with no crab. We couldn't taste the crab, and for $12, it comes in a sourdough bread bowl. It had corn but needed more corn and more flavor as well. I forgot to put it in the picture, but the only saving grace was the sourdough. Crab salad: 3/5 They had better tasting crab in this, but I hate the white lettuce pieces and thought this was overpriced for what you get. We ordered a side of pepperoni bread pizza, and thank goodness their pizza is delicious. 2 stars for their overpriced, small portion, and horrible tasting new crab menu!

Great place to get a quick meal. They offer great soups and sandwiches. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu but try the half and half menu which means you half a sandwich and a bowl of soup of your choice.Wheelchair accessibility: Little tight but can accommodate

See photo: This is how much meat is on their new “Short Rib Melt” I even went over to ask if this is normal and they told me yes. I was hoping that my question was enough of an indication that this is a measly amount of meat (this half of the sandwich is worth over $8!!!), and to perhaps add a little more. I don’t write a lot of reviews, but I don’t think this Boudin cares very much about their customers leaving happy and satisfied!

The tuna melt here is probably the best I've ever had. The grilled parmesan coated bread goes perfectly with the delicious tuna salad, which has yummy bits of crunchy diced red onion and celery, sliced tomatoes, and gooey, melted Havarti and tangy sharp cheddar cheese. It's savory and bursting with flavor! It also came with sea salt Kettle Chips, which added a nice salty crunch to my meal. It's a good deal for only $12.49! Cholula hot sauce is also available if you want to give your food a little spicy kick. There is plenty of comfortable seating in this clean, relaxing San Francisco art-themed restaurant, with pop music playing quietly in the background. The service here is friendly and polite. I recommend this as a great place to go to savor a delicious and leisurely meal.

This is one of the restaurants I like to visit with my family, unfortunately this specific location disappointed me. We were a party of six and three of my family members ordered Clam Chowder, after 10 minutes of waiting for our food we were told the Clam Chowder would take 20 minutes to make. The hostess asked if we would like to wait or order another soup. My family members decided to wait and the hostess brought the soups within 5 minutes. After finishing the soup my three family members brought to my attention that the soup was watered down, but still ate it because they were hungry and didn’t want to seem rude for not eating the soup. I brought this up to the cashier and asked for at least a partial refund on the soups, since they had been eaten. The cashier asked the hostess and the hostess refused and didn’t even care to look at me or say sorry. I have a feeling they didn’t have enough clam chowder soup for three servings, so they watered it down to make it be enough instead of making another batch. This was very disappointing and embarrassing to me because I recommend this place to my family who came to visit from Mexico and what they got was watered down soup.

First, Boudin is one of the best bread bakeries out there. However, this is a dirty and unclean establishment. Staff have an indifferent attitude and don’t care about the customer. Ran out of bread bowls and I had to ask for more bread - no discount given. They only gave one little piece and when I expressed my disappointment, the staff member said fine. Unacceptable behavior.
