1:Horrible fast food restaurants, Burger King and McDonald's, they're fast food restaurants, you pay, you get your food quickly, but this restaurant, even though you place your order online, 20 to 30 minutes after you go to this restaurant to get your food, they still say, your order hasn't started, you still have to wait 10-15 minutes, 30 to 45 minutes in total, Get a fast food, this is not a case, I have tried many times, really, their staff need to change this bad.2:I didn't give them 1 star because of the friendly staff.

5 star service. 5 star quality of food. This is genuinely one of the best BKs I’ve ever been to. Went at 3 am so could only use night window, so -2 stars for ambiance. However, the guy at the window was really enthusiastic to take my order. Listened to me. Food was prepared quickly and accurately and handed over with a smile. Will def be returning, as this is a great late night spot.Thank you guys!!

The customer service is suck！The coupon thing is dumb, especially the newest one, I went there this morning, the manager said the system rejected and it's for next year！So dumb！I think this BK just want people to buy everything with the original price now. Is this BK that poor？Btw, the food is not as good as before, the customer is a joke. No more there for me.

I hooked up with my old pal Ellis Brooks today at the corner of Bush and Van Ness Ave, we jumped in his Chevrolet and he told me he's planning a little road trip, seeing the USA through the windshield of his car. What a Gazooba this guy is, and he's always been that way. Let's grab a cheeseburger, he says, and then tells me the best burgers in the city are from Burger King! Burger King...come on, I told him there's a hundred places better than BK and he assures me they have a secret menu that is capital K Killer! but you gotta go to the BK on Greary. So we did, it was spectacular!5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆

I personally enjoy Burger King and the food here tends to be on par with what I expect. But the service here is horrible. I ordered and paid online through their mobile app and when going to pick it up the cashier was absolutely furious I did not have the extra 20 cents fee for a bag I had no clue about. After she demanded for the 20 cents a few times I told her I'll take my food without a bag. Because what choice do I have? I already paid for my food and I didn't have any change. Finally the cashier afterwards essentially scolded me telling me I need to have the 20 cents for a bag next time and gave me my food and a bag finally after going back and forth with her.On top of this the wait time at this location is very long. You could be the only one there and your food will still easily take 15 minutes to be ready. If you really need to come to this location carry 20 cents with you or apparently you just might not get your food.

I was passing by and just wanted to buy French Fries because I making hamburgers on the grill at home. I don't recall the price, but it was at least $3.99 (I'm thinking more) which I thought was outrageous. Anyway, the employee told me the price almost apologetically. I guess she thought it was a rip-off too. But because she was nice about it, I gave the service 5 stars.
