Such a great experience. If you're looking for a low-key, traditional Italian spot, you won't be disappointed. Service is quick and efficient, casual atmosphere, with great quality food.

Honestly the best Italian place we’ve been in SF. We were looking for somewhere close so we decided to give it a shot and the service was amazing. I’ve never had such kind welcoming people at a restaurant. The food was also amazing and so quick. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an Italian place.

The food was excellent. Service was good, however our waiter was not very friendly. He provided good service but he was brusque. I would definitely go back when in San Francisco again

I had the pleasure of finally making it over to Tiramisu for lunch today. I ordered their rabbit tagliatelle pasta dish. I ate every single bite of it. I'm typically one to only eat a few bites of a meal when dining out & ask to have the rest boxed up. For several years, I've heard people rave about Tiramisu yet, I just never made it over there until today. I'm looking forward to my next visit. I can't wait to explore the rest of their menu. I lived in Italy in my early 20's. I also cooked for a living for a few years so, I'm not the kindest critic when it comes to Italian restaurants. The food at Tiramisu is delicious. The service was fantastic as well. The owner and his staff are very welcoming, professional and traditional.Dietary restrictions: They have a gluten free pasta option.

Good spot for a date night. Pretty authentic central Italian food. Note the entrance is in an alley way. Also the staff described the Budino as "...with Budino...", easy to just look it up, but it was a funny interaction.

Staff were very friendly and chatty but it didn't get in the way of the service. Food was super delicious and filling but didn't leave us feeling heavy. Inside decor was cute, it wasn't overly busy during our reservation so hearing each other wasn't a problem. We didn't get the feeling that everyone could overhear us as we couldn't hear other table's conversations.

Excellent food and great atmosphere. Pino makes the experience phenomenal. If you want to experience a traditional San Francisco experience with authentic Italian food, there is no better place. They truly value their patrons, and I appreciate being recognized as a regular among the staff. Highly recommend!

Decided to plan a last minute with colleagues during the first day on a work trip. This location was conveniently closely and Italian was safe option. The interior is rustic and homey with kind staff from the host to our waiter. However, the experience itself was underwhelming and lackluster. The restaurant needs some more upkeep as I noticed their table clothes were still stained... We weren't feeling that hungry for appetizers, so we decided to straight into entrees. The dishes are eye catching, but the taste was satisfactory to a point. My colleague and I shared their pasta, and the waiter was nice enough to split the dish for us in half in separate plates. Yet, I didn't find anything special with the dish. My colleagues liked the place, but it wasn't a strong like. Our waiter did give us bread, but he neglected to tell us that we would be charged for the bread for $7 per portion for the table. The place has charm, but I would explore other restaurants next time.

Cafe Tiramisu feels like a secret portal to a quaint European trattoria. Stepping into the Pompeian-art adorned interior is the easiest way to get to Europe without a plane ticket. The heart of Cafe Tiramisu lies in its owner, Giuseppe. His warmth and attentiveness are legendary, ensuring every guest feels like a welcome friend. His passion for creating a beautiful atmosphere and delicious food is palpable, making the experience truly special. This is a place to savor, not rush, so settle in and enjoy the experience. The intimate space can get lively, so be prepared for some ambient noise. It adds to the charm for some, but if you crave absolute peace and quiet, this might not be your haven.Appetizers were delicious, as were the drinks. While the mains were not my favorite (personal preference!) I would recommend this place for the lovely dining experience. Definitely worth the visit!
