The best Hidalgo-style Borrego Barbecue in all of San Francisco!!!! Exquisite!!✨????The dish is more than enough, it comes with a bowl of consommé, real consommé!! It has a generous amount of chickpeas and rice. It has chili but it is not spicy at all. If you like it spicier, they give you a delicious hot sauce that you could add. They will also give you a generous amount of freshly made tortillas. The gentlemen are very kind. The lady is of few words but very helpful. The flavor is truly that of an authentic cuisine from some town in Hidalgo, Puebla or the towns of Tlalpan in Mexico City, where I grew up, I know what I'm talking about.Honestly, the place is not the most tidy or elegant, but that really becomes unimportant once you try the food.I will definitely be here soon and I will bring friends ??
