Today, I'm going to my local college to try out the food from their cafeteria and give an honest review. On Yelp, City Eats has an impressive 2 star rating. My standards for food are very low and I can pretty much eat anything so let's put these reviews to the test... I wanted to see if the cups were foggy and cracked so I got the pineapple juice. City Eats is the main dining center for San Francisco State University. Their menu is pretty consistent and almost always has vegan/vegetarian options. They post allergen warnings on almost everything to let you know whats in there. Their food is not bad and sometimes their food is awesome -- some of my favorites have been the kimchi fried rice omelette, shrimp fried rice, the ramen/pho, paella, pupusas and more. Students always take this place for granted. All you can eat food at all times of the day with a great variety, Including sandwich bar, pasta, salad bar and entrees/sides. Super friendly staff too. I love city eats.
