As a NYer, I’d say lower your expectations. $14 for a BEC bagel, which is criminal, since this would rarely be over $7 in NYC. Be prepared to wait a very long time (15+ minutes) as they assemble your bagel. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY BEWARE : they often make mistakes on the order. I have been probably 10 times to this location, and 7/10 times, I’ve been given the wrong bagel order (I.e. not the bagel type I ordered, cheese when I asked for no cheese).
