But as I trying to go in , I had a guy shooting up and bent over while needle still in his arm and had a torch going on the ground and started to smoke crack all while the needle was still in his arm ?. I feel bad for the employees that have to deal with that out side of there work. San Francisco needs to do better ?

Can’t even get a refund for raw dough in the center of the pizza. Called for a refund to let them know I received undercooked dough and the man on the phone just said “it shouldn’t be raw”. I assured him that it is indeed raw and he told me all the pizzas are the same. He said he would make it again for me, which is fine however, after he just told me all the pizzas are made the same why would I want another pizza sent to me cooked like this? I just wanted a refund and it was so much just to get the process to request the refund from dominos. Apparently you have to email customer support and hope a human responds instead of the “delivery bot, Dom”.About a year ago the pizza from this dominos was on point. Something must have changed because now not only is quality suffering but also their customer service.I will not be ordering from here again.

I have tried a lot of pizza places here in San Francisco and have been very disappointed every time. I saw a commercial with their $6.99 for each item deal and ever since I only get pizza from there. The pizza is always very hot and cooked perfectly. It is always delivered within 45 min. at the most, but usually less than 30. You can pay with cash as long as your order is under $25 for delivery. You get free items for your next order also. Every once in a while they will send me an email for a free 2 topping pizza just because. So I got these bread knots with this amazing garlic butter and the free pizza today. I ordered another pizza and these cinnamon twists things with frosting that I love all for $24. That included the delivery. My favorite things are the cinnamon twist, the garlic knots with the garlic butter. Do not forget to order the garlic butter. It is what makes them so good. I also like the pan crust the most. You even get a text when they are 2 min. away . They have a feature in the app that tells you what step in making your pizza is at.

Bad Service!I called within 15 minutes of calling in an order and paying on call with my card to CANCEL my order since I had ordered to the wrong address and they were NOT helpful at all.After talking with another supervisor at another Dominos she mentioned same policies apply and as long as the call is made within the same day it can be cancelled automatically!!Instead was told to email dominos (did not give a number or email to contact) to ask to get refund.After asking to talk to their supervisor he refused and just insisted to email.What email??????Said thanks and hung up on me.Not ordering again from here.Save your money and time.

Worse service !!? one of the guys (around a 60-year-old man) was there at the counter. I asked him what is special about today? Unfortunately, the guy wasn’t helpful. He answered ‘if you need anything special, you need to order online’ but I was already in the store. Any other dominos I go to would let me know the special price for the day and help to order. They need to work on it.

While this location doesn’t deliver to my neighborhood, I still live within a 10 minute drive. It’s Dominos so you know what you’re getting but this location has always put out a good product. Everything is always great! Plus everyone there is always helpful and nice!
I’m so upset! The last 5 times if ordered has been such a let down ! First and most aggravating , I will call the store as fast as I can, only to be on hold for way too long than get hung up on never to receive the food I’ve paid for. The cost of itiems never received starts from 12.99 up to 34.00+ !! Also hours spent while trying to get this resolved ( emails , searching for info to resolve, emails writing a letter mailing to corporate address) Nothing Nothing !! I can’t belive the lack of personal attention ! I use to love you. Now I will not recommend or use any longer. I want to file a class acting law suit! They have stolen from me ..

After having walked in the rain just to get Domino's, the guy at the counter was rude, disrespectful and extremely childish. Id previously gotten both under and overcooked pizza and dealt with adolescent teens acting like customer service was a thing of the past. Avoid this place at all costs!
