Everything was a 10/10 for our time here. From service, to quality, to price, to cleanliness, everything deserves praise. I found this place the night before, and upon reading the reviews, I determined this place was worth a shot. I booked a two person reservation for Saturday night at 6:30. The parking was easy and right upon entering, the host already knew my name. The place was fairly empty at 6:30 but began to pick up around 7:15. We ordered the cha shu ramen, the 10 piece Omakase, and the volando roll. Everything was put together with effort and 10/10 for taste. You can tell the omakase took a lot of effort, and my boyfriend opted to put caviar on 3/10 of his nigiri piece for $5 a pop. We loved the ramen, the fish and the roll all together. I thought it was really cute how the volcano roll was in the shape of a volcano, nice touch. The service was exceptional, with the waiters constantly refilling the beer and water and coming around to make sure everything is up to par. Such a good find, and we will be coming back to visit.

10/10 for sushi. We came in on Tuesday and it was not busy at all. We got the Omekase and it was pure heaven. Every piece was delicious and fresh. I love the decor as well in the restaurant. I have already recommended this spot to several friends.

Dine here today and thought the food is okay. The place is pretty empty when we arrived. Definitely, not a place for ramen, tried their Kobe beef ramen and the beef was on a chewy side. We order some sushi and nothing really stand out, other than their uni.

The service was good, but more than anything, the sushi and Japanese ramen were very delicious. It tasted much better than we expected. However, I think the atmosphere would have been better if the location had been in a more prosperous place.

Absolutely love this spot. It's a fantastic sushi spot in a very unexpected location, with great prices and delicious fresh fish. While I've only been in person once, I do take out quite a bit after discovering this place. Living across the city the sushi is delicious and still so fresh. Highly recommend! They add a great personal touch to delivery writing "thank you (insert your name)" on the bag which I appreciate. I think I've ordered delivery enough they recently gave me a little bonus - thank you Eat Sushi!

Is it the quest to chalk up another review - or curiosity to try something new? It might be both! Scrolled through my bookmarks and found Eat Sushi restaurant, Yelp waitlist a bonus though it was lightly populated on a Wednesday night. The sushi and sashimi were fantastic, very fresh and well-prepared. I decided on the 10-piece omakase nigiri ($55) with a substitution for uni (still can't try, am I a silly fool?) and miso soup. I had the surprise of wasabi and truffle under 3 or 4 pieces and got to try A5 Wagyu beef for the first time- delicious. We split the hirame sashimi in truffle oil ($16.95), wakame salad and tempura sampler ($18.95), the halibut especially tasty though the tempura, over-priced. I got to surf behind and take samples of my swimmer son's gyoza (so good with the umami punch of a grilled finish), California and Dragon rolls ($12.95, $18.95). We took a deep dive into their menu; this sushi spot is solid. The interior has plush upholstered seating, perfect for groups as well as tables and sushi bar seating. It's welcoming and sleek. I wish the lighting were a little softer; maybe they save that for Friday and Saturday night? Across the street from the old Holy Cow, you'll catch the neon Eat Sushi sign as you approach.

came here with a group of 10 for sunday dinner ~5:30. it was empty when we walked in but pretty full by ~7:30 when we headed out. elegant japanese decor + tableware, felt authentic, upscale, and cozy simultaneously. friendly staff, though they forgot one of our rolls and then said it was coming but we ultimately cancelled because it had been quite long. sunflowers roll - beautiful presentation, fresh and good portion of fish. personally found it too sweet / saucy though. kobe beef ramen - big fan! rich umami flavor, tender beef, lots of toppings, large portion.

Excellent sushi and very friendly staff. Amazing chefs. Will have to make this place a regular spot. The 'Crazy' sushi roll is delicious, and pairs really well with the Kobe beef tar tar. Highly recommend!

Made a reservation for 7pm on Valentine's Day and when we arrived they had no tables and had not saved a spot for our reservation or any other reservations. At least 10 people were waiting who had already made reservations and after waiting for 25 minutes without anyone even speaking to us we left. Huge bummer because other restaurants were also full due to the holiday and it really dampened our night out.

Last night, I checked out Eat Sushi based on a coworker's recommendation, and I gotta say, it was good. As per usual, my friends and I started off with some ice-cold Asahi and Sapporo brews, which, FYI, only come in big bottles for $12, but you can totally share if you ask for two glasses. Started with the 3-piece Sake Toro Sashimi, which was as fresh as can be. Then dove into a mix of rolls - Rainbow, Super Dynamite, Crazy, and some spicy tuna. Freshness and quality? A solid 10/10. Plus, the vibe was cozy and welcoming, with service that felt like chatting with a friend. Might be back as my coworkers love this place :)

I've paid the same amount for worse sushi up and down the coast and now these guys have raised the bar for this price point. Nice and cozy inside, very friendly staff. Generous cuts of fish on top of rolls stuffed with ingredients.

We always have the Garlic Edamame, Lion King & Dragon Rolls, and the Ramen with Duck for protein. They are always very professional and attentive. The inside is very pleasant and warm. Not as busy as other places but It is a gem and would encourage anyone to visit and support them!
