A quiet, yet disappointing evening. A good start with an appetizer was followed by a long wait for mains, even after walking up to the bar to find a server. Mains were both disappointing, fries not great and too expensive for what you get. Was hoping for much better food and service.

Exactly what millennials want and need: reasonable volume music, reasonable priced food and drink, and a classy but fun VIBE.Quality: 4.5Value: 5 (for SF)Service: 4Ambience: 5This place has great happy hour deals and a really great set of decor and music. You can head yourself talk! But the music is also good. What a concept!Service was a little mid; one of the servers wasn't in a great mood/was struggs but the rest were nice, and stuff came out eventually. The cocktails were GREAT! Really delightful choices and prices.Their happy hour deal on oysters is also pretty unheard of: $1.50 each and they were wonderful, briny and creamy.French fries were also great, as was the ceviche. Also, the ceviche we had was one of the best I've ever had.

Went there during happy hour. It's on the 4th of a commercial building. It's comfy and not bad for large groups, plenty of seats. There is also a dessert spot on the ground floor.Drinks wise is more on the sweet side. Cod fried balls are tasty ?.The staff are pretty friendly! One of them is a dead ringer for Camila cabello.Would come back when I visit!

There was a woman welcoming people at the entrance who made me extremely uncomfortable at times. wondering where the guests who hadn't arrived were, it was a rainy day, with a lot of traffic and an accident on the bridge. I speak little English, as I'm a tourist, and she didn't want to understand or help me. But on the other hand, a girl who speaks Spanish, who was training as a waitress, is wonderful, served us very well and an Asian boy too. I recommend the place for the food and atmosphere.

“One 65” at 165 O'Farrell is a hidden gem across from Macys downtown Union Square. The bottom storefront has beautiful pastries. Elements Bar (upper floor) had great drinks & food. Met friends for Happy Hour. The nice Manager, Florence, gave us a tour of the fancy French Michelin star restaurant, the Bistro & chocolate making level.

Luis is a fantastic bartender! His creations are innovative, thoughtful, and delicious! So happy we saw the Happy Hour last week on our way to the garage. We loved it so much, we're back today! Sitting at the bar right now watching Luis mix up magic!Update: Our drinks tonight were crazy good! Luis is a gem!

Love the service and ambiance of this bar. The perfect place to go to after a dinner date or with a small group of friends. The place is festive yet intimate. The drinks are delicious and on the stronger side and they're not too expensive from SF standards. Would 100% return

Probably the best hamburger we have ever had in a restaurant, because of the quality of the meat. Simple yet cooked to perfection. The onion tart was delicious, the specialty cocktails divine and the service was excellent. Will return again and also try the fifth floor dining.

Discovered this place looking for a bar with good eats through their association with O. I've been to many restaurants and bars so I was pleasantly surprised to find that Elements is at the top of both. The drinks are innovative and delicious. The bar food is spot on and reminded me of three different restaurants which I loved and yet they surprised each of them. I recommend the charcuterie board and crispy onion tart. Desserts are not optional here. I tried the apple pie and it was sublime; make sure to stop by the ground floor for more sweets before you leave. Service was spot on. The ambience is very chill which suits me to a tee. Elements Bar and Lounge is definitely on my short list for going out.

Perfectly prepared cocktails complemented by a great wine and beer menu. (Not to mention one of the best bar menus in the city.) Get there for happy hour at 4 PM for an even better value.
