Why is this place named 50/50? Is it some type of milk to coffee ratio? Oh, I see. It's half caff. Half regular caffeine beans and half decaffeinated coffee beans. Let's talk aesthetics. I like the lavender Earl grey latte with oat milk. The sweetness level is adjustable and it's not too heavy on the lavender. The baristas are always friendly and this if a great spot to sit for a bit.

4.5 Drinks: - Jasmine Tea Latte (Regular): It's actually really good! There was a strong (perfect) floral aroma from the jasmine. It was also a good amount of sweetness. - Vanilla Latte: Good, similar/standard with other places. Smaller than I expected (it was smaller than my regular size jasmine) Street parking I didn't expect too much as it was a last minute decision, but I was pleasantly surprised by my drink. Would recommend for jasmine tea lovers :)
