Staff were super attentive and helpful. We were told to order mild level of spicy and were greatful for the suggestion, as that was plenty spicy for our group. Also their vegan mushroom broth was so flavorful we took some home! Quality was really fresh and I would reccomend this place to my friends as well as plan on coming back!Vegetarian options: Their mushroom stock is super flavorful and an excellent option for everyone!

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. It was a busy night, and we had a reservation at 7:30. They clearly did not have a system for honoring reservations or the live waitlist on the clipboard. Parties that showed up after us were being let in because they stood closer to the front of the restaurant. Every time I asked the host where we were in the queue, they’d say they were cleaning the table and we were next (they kept telling us this for 1 hour+). We ended up waiting for 2 hours before getting our table. When we got our table and placed our order, our food came 15-20 mins later. We noticed we were given a lot of food we didn’t order. After some back and forth, turns out they messed up half our order with another table. They had no idea what was served or wasn’t served to us, so we had to go through item by item to show them what they still owed us. After we finally sorted out the order, we kept waiting for the remaining food to come and it never came… We waited another 40 mins, and at this point, it was past 11pm. We ended up getting really frustrated so we just asked them to cancel the order and refund us.Oh also, there are definitely sanitary issues with this place. There was a layer of oil in the water jug they gave us.Overall extremely disappointed, we all left hungry because half our order never came, and even so it came out to be roughly $30/person. Poor service, long wait times, and terrible management.

BEST HOTPOT IN THE BAY 10/10. They have great vibe and fresh ingredients. Love to get their beef oil spicy soup base and the pork bone soup base half and half, both are very rich in flavor!

I love the deco of the place! The food was very authentic! The owners were super friendly and made us feel at home. We had such a great time. What a lovely little hot pot place. Perfect for the cold weather.

Good quality and choices of food. Also, good service despite it being busy b/c of CNY.

A decent hotpot spot, with 3 different types of spice levels for the mala hotpot broth. There's a variety of dishes to choose from - including some very authentic Chinese dishes and drinks also! Service was alright, it takes a while to get their attention, but they always give you complimentary dessert at the end which is a nice touch Overall a nice ambience but is a bit costly and there are better AYCE places for value, but Fondue Chinoise is a good place for mala hotpot broth.

We chose 2 base pot base, pork bone soup and spicy soup base. When we looked at the pictures, we got hungry again. We make our own soup base. It's rich, and the point is that you won't get thirsty (which is important to me!). The tongue is thinly sliced and can be taken out with a little bit of shabing in the spicy pot. It's super delicious with the spicy pot! The boss is also very good service and will chat with us. The ingredients are many and fresh. This is our first time here, and we will come again.

Pretty good hotpot for a decent price! Went late night with a group of friends (around 9pm) and it was fairly empty. We got seated without a wait and were able to order quickly as well. We split the tomato and pork bone broth and both were good! Lots of sauces available. Really liked the oyster and sesame sauces. Their chili oil has a big kick to it! We ordered a variety of hot pot ingredients, but I enjoyed the fried dough sticks (youtiao) and fried rice the most (although it's quite oily; it has great flavor though). Everything else was pretty standard for hotpot. All the food came out very fast and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend if you're looking for a solid hotpot spot in the area :)

Came here on a Friday night, made reservations which made it easy to get a table. We picked 2 different types of broth, spicy and mushroom which were both great. They have a large option to choose from for meats and veggies. I recommend the lamb and sweet potato pasta and if you get the spicy beef ask for a strainer to cook it in. They also have a sauce bar which is great. Also try the fried pork and sticky rice dessert!
