Came here for a light bite on a Saturday night. Delicious tacos and the brussel sprouts were very memorable.

Delicious! Hidden gem of Dogpatch for sure.

Great food, with excellent use of seasoning and authentic recipes. The atmosphere was low lighting and felt intimate with the music to cover conversation. The booth had plenty of room for 4 people. The menu had a good selection and all ingredients were very fresh. Steak was a bit chewy, but flavor was excellent. Service was a bit slow at times, with the waiter missing for 5 min or so when we were ready to order. The busser was fantastic. We will definitely be back for more!

The food here is insanely good! Had the Pollo asado, which is super cheap for the amount of food and the quality that you get. Super juicy and tender, grilled to perfection, wonderfully seasoned, and side of maduros (fried plantains) is a perfect. So delicious!

This place is so freaking good. Absolutely try the plantains, the cubano is so worth it and the carna asada is delicious. Will definitely come here again. Oh and the lemonade was so perfectly tart. Ugh. So good.

Must try: their agua fresca Why? all their drinks seem to be fresh and tasty Consider: the interior is a little dark and the people weren't too kind, but the food taste alright
Very reasonably-priced Mexican in Dogpatch. Perfect for business lunch.Flautas, crispy fried and generously stuffed with chicken. Fried yucca, another yum. Will be back to try more.

Stopped by on a fluke, before hitting Midway for a concert. Very tasty, got the Brussels + Shrimp Ajillo for starters. The Brussels were excellent! For entrees we got Lomo Saltido + Cubano, both solid choices. Shots were hefty + the Mango Agua Fresca hit the spot. Good find.

I like the fusion style of the menu but execution wise, it wasn't great. Meats were overcooked, seasoning was not great (some items bland, some too salty), everything was just okay. Big drawback is they do not have a liquor license so all their drinks are wine and "special" cocktails made with wine and low-proof alcohol.

I don't know what is wrong with some of these reviews but you need to stop complaining for the sake of complaining. The restaurant is super clean and the servers are lovely. We've been here over 10 times and I'm finally writing a review because it's a little gem of a restaurant in the Dogpatch neighborhood. We usually sample different things on the menu including the Pescado a la Veracruz (not pictures) and the birria tacos (no longer on the menu). The Platos fuertes on the back are usually really nice, but since they are a little more expensive I normally just get the tacos. You need to do a little research beforehand on Yelp and look for the good items, don't just order for the sake of ordering! If I'm in a good mood I'll get the puerco pibil with a side of maduros which are delicious. Don't sleep on the nachos - they can feed two and come with whatever topping you want. Drinks are lovely as we also usually get their spicy margaritas. All the food tastes yummy and tastes homemade without a lot of grease! It's a great little find!
