Great spot for locals or if you wanted to stop somewhere close enough to BART if there are delays or you want an easy escape to it. Limited drink selections and staff, but it's the kind of spot that reminds you that you don't really need all that. I had wanted to stop in for a long time before finally making my way in and glad I did.

We went bar hopping and had been wanting to check out Glen Park Station for a few years. We were immediately greeted with a sea of no diversity, but we weren't surprised with it being in Glen Park (lol) It must be a place for regulars because we didn't feel welcome, so we chugged our drinks, downed our shots and ran back to our favorite Ingleside neighborhood.

a solid neighborhood bar that isn't the usual overpriced SF swill, but a simple bar with acceptable prices and no frills. usually not too crowded, consistent staff -- this place feels very classic and has very high return value imho.
Popped in on a whim while in the neighborhood. Great music, friendly bartenders, and good drinks at reasonable prices. I requested something negroni-esque and there were many aperitif options available. There were also several TVs, if sports are what floats your boat.

Friendly Bartenders, wonderful talks with locals. Some are new to the area and many are old timers who enjoy sharing their life stories and their love of SF. Good spot to watch a game, play some darts, and enjoy some cocktails or a fresh Guinness at very fair prices. No food, but you are welcome to bring in some bites from a local Glen Park restaurant.
