My friends family told me to come here to buy pan frances for the tamales we had over christmas. I can't believe i had never walked in here before!! I walked in and the sweet lady working in the front immediately greeted me and guided me to what i wanted. The bread is yummy and at a great price point!

They open early. Cocktail buns didn't have too much filling. It's ok but there are definitely better bakeries

For this type of bakery, they're one of the best! I love stopping in for a quick bite and, especially, enjoy their onion and pork buns. Inexpensive and you can fill up for under $5. Friendly owners who know what they're doing.

My go to local Chinese bakery! Their garlic cheese bao is by far one of our favorites.
I love how this bakery opens early at 6am. Most of the baked goods should be available when they open. Today I tried their beef bun, chicken bun, egg tarts, ham & egg bun and pineapple bun. They all tasted fine and reasonably priced for the Excelsior district. Next I will come back and try their dim sum selection. Good job Hong Kong Bakery staff.

Authentic baked goods hong kong style. Had the pineapple and coconut bun, the cocktail bun, and Portuguese tarts. Hong Kong milk tea (half sweet) was incredible too. I love this place!!

Discovered this place by accident. Tried a few of the pastries and will definitely return. Just as good as any in chinatown.
