Misnomer, cookies are not hot nor warm nor will they warm them (micro) then for you... No better or different than any other cookies and on the higher priced size. Not worth trying. Looking forward to trying Costco's new choco-chip cookie!

I've been to both this location and the one on Castro a few times each and, unfortunately, on every visit the cookies have been underwhelming. They always look good, but taste and texture always seem to be lacking. A couple of times the cookies seemed a bit doughy and underdone. And for some reason they just don't ever taste that fresh to me. The staff has always been nice, so a star for them. Go here if you're looking for the novelty of a penis cookie. Go elsewhere if you're looking for a good cookie. (Or go two blocks down to Bob's and get a donut instead.)

I wasn't exactly disappointed by this spot, but based on the ray of reviews, and the way, my friend, talked about it, my expectations were set, pretty high, and hot cookie fell a bit short of that. There is a great variety of cookies with unique and funny names, but my one big issue is that the cookies aren't warm, and they didn't taste very fresh either. I wanted a chocolate chip cookie, which they seem to be out of, and as I was checking out with a walnut cookie, someone from the back put in a bunch of new chocolate chip cookies , so I asked the cashier if I could switch my order, to which he obliged. However, even these "fresh "cookies weren't warm and tasted kind of like a Tates cookie from the grocery store. I appreciate the creativity and decor inside, but I don't think I will be back for a five dollar cold cookie.

They employ only cool gay people I want to be friends with. The cookies are big and they will always warm them up for you if the day is a bit chilly ❤️

Pricey but delicious. The cookies are always fresh and they even offer "day old" cookies at a discount while they last. Owner was nice, friendly as was the lady who attended my order at the shop. I'm a semi-regular customer (once a month as my budget and diet allow) and will continue to go there.

I renamed this place to the “burnt cookie”. I ordered bunch overpriced $7 burnt cookie off Uber eats tried eating them but the hard burnt dry cookies were terrible. I brought them to the store showed them and the girl told me no. She will not exchange even one burnt cookie for a not so burnt cookie. The overcook their cookies so you have to trust me to save your money and do not waste it like I did mine for some worst cookies over ever had.

very light-hearted and creative concept, this dessert shop makes cookies with erotic shapes and names. the interior decor is also very aesthetically pleasing for pictures and suits the vibe of the store. the staff were serious and straight-faced but still delivered a great ordering experience for us.

This was a must-try spot on my SF eats list because of their penis cookies! When walking into the store, you are immediately greeted by the cashier. There's lots of mannequins and cookies being displayed in their glass panel window, and there are no seats to sit inside the store. The cashier was very cheerful and made me feel welcomed! He made me feel comfortable and reassured me that it was okay to take my time selecting items which I appreciated. Service was great! I went on a trip with 2 other people today and I decided to buy 1 dark chocolate penis cookie for about $10. The cookie was very sweet. I think that I could've bought 1 penis cookie for all 3 of us to share because it was big. No wonder why it was $10! However, after a while, I had a sugar overload because there was just so much cookie to eat. Not a bad spot to check out if you happen to be in this area in SF!

I absolutely love this place. I was kind of having a bad day and I think the cashier noticed. I got home and realized she slipped the extra small cookie in there for me. . It really made my day.

Was in the mood for a late night treat and yelp was giving praise to this spot. The humor of the names and designs of some cookies are a positive. Parking is a negative. Cookies are fair for the size. The s'mores was good the m&m one was so so which was shocking. The holiday one was decent. Worth bringing a friend to get them a naughty shaped treat for a laugh aha but nothing to detour too far for. Worth visiting if in town and convenient though
