If you’re craving some good prime rib this is the place to be. Prime rib was tender and cooked to perfection, their side this yorkshire pudding was really good better than their sourdough bread, I believe due to its texture which I enjoyed the most. Is it the best prime rib? No but with decor and nice service makes them better and enjoyable. I would recommend this place for good prime rib.

The hype is real. This is the best place to get prime rib. Everyone on SM said that you need far ahead of time to get reservations. In my case, I don't have one, and it took them only 10 mins to be seated at the bar.

The food was good, but as a coeliac the gluten free options were a little disappointing. For example the mash potatoes, cream corn and gravy were all off limits, without substitutions. All of which are very accessible gluten free items. What was most disappointing was there was no sauces available to compliment my steak at all.Dietary restrictions: Disappointing gluten free options.

When it comes to prime rib in San Francisco, this is the only place to go. You can take your time and enjoy the atmosphere of the restaurant and the lively conversation. I'm satisfied with just the prime rib, so I've never ordered anything else.

The restaurant has such a cool interior, this place is definitely worth the hype! I am English so of course ordered the thinly sliced... it was absolutely delicious. I really wasn't sure what to expect but it was so tender and flavoursome. The salad to start with was some of the nicest salad I have ever eaten, the care that went into the preparation too!!The martini too...

This is one of the best prime rib restaurants in SF. It’s pretty much dark inside, which gives a good setting for a fine dining experience. Anyways, I came here for my sister’s 21st birthday and the food is really good here. From the food menu, it’s pretty much limited, but in return they taste really good. Prime rib is very chewy though. Really funny how there are more drink options than the food menu. I guess in this case that quality is better than quantity. There is also a chef in the middle of the restaurant serving customers food, which is something we don’t normally see in fine dining restaurants.Really appreciate the service here and hope that more people have more experience in this dining setting.

I sort of get it because it's truly a SF institution. Prime rib is great, and so are the sides, as everyone says. Super awesome texture on the beef, properly seasoned. Horseradish it a great addition. However it's very stuffy and just plain old. Lots of analogous places in England have modernized over time, but this feels like the 70s. I guess they don't care because it's always full, but yeah, it could use a little sprucing up.

Prime rib is delicious! Love the creamed spinach! Felt a bit rushed through dinner as I still hadn't finished my salad and the waiter was kinda forcing the prime rib on me. I know they're very busy and probably want to turn the table as soon as they can but a guest shouldn't feel rushed. Since it's always busy it means it's pretty loud inside, too! Always a tray though to have a meal here!
