The sampler plate was impressive: solid hummus, baba ghanoush, etc. ... not sure what the salsa item was, but it was delicious; also the falafel was very good and not dry, like some places fail. The beef and lamb gyro was less impressive but adequate: a bit bland: no onions or pickled vegetables, like I used to get at "Truly Mediterranean ", which spoiled me for life. Additionally, the fries were probably from a bag, which is weird for a Mediterranean joint (often awesome). The guy running the register checked on us, twice, even though he was very busy and we were grateful.

Went to Hummus today with my husband and we absolutely loved our experience and the food was incredible!!! I was craving a gyro and I got the lamb gyro and the meat was so tender and flavorful and the veggies were crisp and fresh. A perfect gyro! My husband ordered the combo plate with all of the meats, rice, salad and pita and we shared a chipotle hummus. While my gyro was delicious i couldn't help but steal bites off of his plate!! The chicken was so juicy and the beef was perfectly cooked. I knew this place was yummy but I was beyond impressed by the freshness and quality of the food. You can see the chefs cooking all the meat to order so you know it's great! I normally take pictures of my food but this time my husband and I were so excited we started eating immediately, but take my word for it - Hummus is delicious!! The restaurant itself is also very clean and the people working there are super nice! Can't wait to go back :)

I came here for dessert and the rice pudding was so delicious. It was very refreshing with lemon. Typically I eat here for lunch and don't eat inside, but the mood and decor are so Beautiful. Can't wait to come back again.

We tried the chicken and beef kebobs and the gyro. Good option if you need gluten free to hold the pita with the kebabs - they are served with rice and salad. Also tried the gyro. I would say all is fine, but not very flavorful and the beef was a bit tough in the kebab. Wouldn't rush back.

They charge 5% for their employee health insurance. With the tip, the cashier got $7 just for entering my order into the computer. Forty two dollars doesn't go very far here. Forty two bucks later, I am still a little hungry. Luckily, the Korean place on polk has really good chicken wings. I should not need them but I do .

The girl on the cashier was very kind polite & took our order & told us she'd bring our tea outside where we were sitting.7 minutes later, I went to check on our order & the girl told us the water wasn't hot yet. I went back to our table. Then the man 5 minutes later came with two cups of ( bag tea) not the Turkish tea we order, with his cold mean face. I told him we ordered Turkish tea not this tea. He replied this is the only tea we have, we're closing at 9:00,, it was 8:15 ?I strongly DO NOT recommend this place with such a bad attitude & behavior toward visitors & tourists.
