I can't believe I haven't left a review for Hydeout yet!My boyfriend's neighborhood bar. But one of my favorite places for a Friday night night cap. A sleepy bar with some really awesome regulars. Amir is the sweetest, nicest, best person, and bartender.Always cool, attentive to everyone. Go with flow but not messing around. I feel welcome every time we walk in. Even if I go there only some Fridays, I feel welcome and like fam when I walk in.They have a nice upstairs area for a more quiet experience away from the bar, if that's what ur seeking. No food except for Sunday football days when ppl bring potluck or they have a special bbq day. You can always have food delivered, tho.More relaxed than Wreckroom across the street. Not as pretentious as Zekis up the hill (which is actually pretty nice as well, if that's what ur looking for).Hyde Out holds a special place in my heart.

Good drinks and service, chill spot to stop and take a break, especially if you're not necessarily a sports fan!

One of those cool local hideaways. Enjoyed chatting with the regulars, and they had the best (most comprehensive) Jukebox I've ever seen.

Cozy, full or regulars, great staff. Can’t wait to visit again.
The bartender Tuesday afternoon was an absolute delight! I had just came from brunch where I had a terrible bloody mary and took myself to Hyde Out for a more legit drink and it was delicious! Ended up getting a second one. Fairly priced as well. A new favorite spot for a bloody.

This was my neighborhood local in the mid 90's. I stopped in for some drinks on a recent trip to SF and was pleasantly surprised to find it hasn't changed. Still a great hang after all these years.

We were ignored for about 10 minutes before walking out to find somewhere else to go. Additionally, anything you would buy is cash only and an additional fee to get cash via ATM.
