Got their Da Vinci sandwich. It was my first time trying it out . The service was completely fast. I was shock how full the sandwich was. It costed me $15 with tax in total. The bread was very crunchy and salvory at the same time.

I pre ordered a sandwich at 12:25 for it to be ready by 12:55 and by the time I got there I waited a couple minutes hoping to hear my name being called but no one called it. I waited until about 1:05 and then walked up to one of the workers and asked if they made my sandwich yet. He checks on my order and it hasn't even been made yet and proceeds to give me attitude and asked if it was for pick up which I said it is. He didn't say sorry for the wait or anything and makes my sandwich quickly and slams the bag onto the counter and doesn't even call my name or even apologize for the delay at all. He just glared at me and looked away. I did not appreciate the attitude and lack of accountability the worker showed me that day. I was furious. On top of that, I asked for no tomato in my sandwich and it still came with tomato in it. I should've known horrible service comes with equally horrible attention to detail as well.

We got some Ike's the other day for dinner. I got the Matt Cain and my boyfriend got the Paul Reuben. Unfortunately, both of the the sandwich's felt very underwhelming. It was packed with ingredients but it felt like it had no flavor. We felt a bit unsatisfied. Even though we didn't have a great experience with the sandwiches this time, I still love ike's and would totally go again! It might've just been one of those days for the worker

Favorite Mall food at Stonestown is Ike's. The Matt Cain is my favorite. Warm toasted, soft, Dutch crunch bread. The Ike's "Dirty Sauce" made all ingredients elevated from the meats, to the cheese, and the veggies, all layered nicely without any thing falling off.

Today was my birthday and per usual Ike offers a free sandwich. I have always been a fan of Ike's and I look forward to getting my sandwich, but this year I had a horrible experience, specifically at the stonestown location! Not only was I turned away the store manager told me that they can't make the order because they didn't have the order slip physically printed out. I told one of the employees I can wait until they have time to fulfill my order ( which should've been done at noon when I arrived) Attached is an order that I placed with my order number. It's just sad that they can't keep their promise. The manager here definitely didn't do the right thing. A simple check on my order and through the app will show that my order was placed. If they don't want to give me my reward, then take it off from the app. Don't make people drive there and then be sent away. How crappy of a business. I was left disappointed and annoyed ON MY BIRTHDAY. Shitty management/ service.

I just came here to get hunter spence , missing turkey and bacon all it had was avocado lettuce tomato and honey mustard chicken ..... missing the main turkey and bacon .

Haven't been back in 6 months after another Ike's got my order wrong. They made multiple mistake again. Ask for no Cheddar, came with no cheese (supposed to come with Swiss and Jack). Asked for light bbq sauce, there was none inside. I asked for banana peppers and pickles after my receipt was printed when I realized cashier didn't add them. I got neither. Barely had any lettuce and bread wasn't toasted. Imagine paying $15 for a sandwich and more than half the ingredients were missing.

This is a tight fight between this Ike and Boudin downstairs on providing the worst customer service. I just ordered 19 sandwiches for over $300. The cashier first said "oh you're gonna wait for a long long time" I said that's fine. But when when I tried ordering, she was knocking her finger nails on the table and showed that she was impatient. If you're rude and obnoxious, don't be too obvious and show it to the customers.
Best sandwiches hands down! I love all the vegan and vegetarian options. I always try to stop by whenever I make it near the Bay Area.

I haven't been to Ikes in a while and was so happy to see how many Vegan and vegetarian options they have now! I ended up getting Gramps (vegan turkey, mushroom, provolone) on sourdough and ended up adding onions, lettuce, jalapeños. I would've added avocados but unfortunately they were out. It wasn't too busy so I only waited under ten minutes to get my sandwich. The sandwich itself was good but needed more sauce. For a vegan sandwich, I don't think it's worth the price point of $13, especially since without add ons, all you get is bread, turkey, cheese and mushrooms.

I have tried Ike's before but this location really disappointed me. Sandwich were incredibly bland. The bread was dry and lacked any sort of flavor, and the fillings were minimal and lacked any sort of seasoning or zest.
