First of all, the food arrived piping hot. It was so hot, I could barely handle it. That is a HUGE plus for me. I am always concerned with delivery, as many times the food arrives cold. Jake's takes care to package the food carefully, so it stays warm. Secondly, the chicken cheesesteak I ordered was absolutely loaded with chicken, mushrooms and garlic. Incredible piece of steak/Art/sandwich. Oh my God my mouth is singing little hole in the wall run by two employees that are doing 1000%. I literally don’t get to see this in San Francisco.

I got a mushroom steak to go right before closing time, chairs & tables were already up so not sure how it is set up. It does look like it would be a tight fit if you were to eat at the restaurant, they do have a small bar with some beers on tap. Lots of Eagles & Phillies stuff set up looked kinda cool.
