Good evening, Unfortunately, I need to complain about a HORRIBLE experience I just had at the SF Centre location. I ordered a greens n’ ginger with carrot juice instead of lemonade. After 10 minutes and all the other guests being served and the carrots being pressed (also the carrot meat be disposed of and everything cleaned up) I was being stared at from the 5 employees working. I then asked if there was a problem with my drink, the “lovely” associate spoke up and asked “what did you order” I told her and she in turn said “well, it took a while to press the carrots”. All the while the blender is sitting in the back on the counter waiting to be filled with the rest of the ingredients... She continued to stare at me and asked “ what would you like me to do, I’m making the drink?” I replied “ yes, exactly that, I would like you to make the drink. Everyone in front of me and behind me in line are gone, I’ve missed my train, and it is now going on 15 minutes waiting for a drink!” She then replied “do you wanna come over here and make it yourself, then you’ll see how long it takes!” (Yelling from the back of the small shop). She then left to the back and only came back out when the trainee had problems blending my drink. She finished the drink and slammed it on the counter and said “There’s your drink, happy?!” I honestly, didn’t want the drink any longer, but didn’t feel comfortable asking for a refund. The entire process took almost 20 minutes, which wasn’t even the worst part about the whole situation. I have NEVER had such horrible service and have never been treated so poorly. I work in the customer service business myself. I couldn’t imagine treating one of my paying (or non-paying) customers with such disrespect and anger. I will definitely think twice about coming back to Jamba Juice in the future if this is how clients are treated and will definitely not be back to this location. Unfortunately, the employee wasn’t wearing a name tag and refused to give me her name with the comments “Why, you have your drink, now leave!”

The Jamba Juice on Market Street in FiDi is the BEST ever. Great drinks and wonderful, friendly staff. It is the perfect combination!
