First time visitor of the tasting room in SF! Dan & Paityn made sure we had a memorable time! She was very generous and attentive to my group. The charcuterie boards were a nice touch and the wines are so good. This would be such a cool spot when the weather gets a little warmer too. Their staff is absolutely incredible, from the superstar Paityn to the entire team, they made our event for 20 guests a total breeze.Forget the stress of catering limitations! They were super flexible and allowed us to bring in our own service, making the whole experience so much more personalized.Beyond just being accommodating, the staff was truly pro-active. We chatted about our vision, and they offered fantastic suggestions that elevated the party to the next level. Aside from my dog being named JAX, I knew I would like this place after a drive by. Viewable from the street, the ambiance of this tucked away and quiet little winery is felt as you walk in under Edison lights paired with fresh greenery and mellow music. The staff is young and friendly, I've even brought my daughter in here and they gave her some of their metal wine bottle stamps to play with and take home!This place is a no-brainer if you are looking to wind down on a Friday after work with wine. My fiancé rarely drinks Whites and this is the only place he will purchase bottles of Chardonnay (you could call him a wine enthusiast to say the least). Keep in mind the hours of operation are limited and only open from 4-8pm Wednesday-Saturday.

Jared was outstanding. we was on our honeymoon and that was definitely one of the best places we stopped at. Everything was perfect, the wine was well explained, and the charcuterie board taste amazing. I would definitely recommend, and will definitely be back when we visit from Florida.

We loved filming this tasting room in 3D! The venue is beautifully designed - from the colors, the lounge areas, to the beautiful mural. The place makes the most of the space and offers wine lovers a lovely place that feels exclusive when you enter. The secluded outside garden in the back feels like you are lounging in a Sonoma/Napa backyard. Feels safe, cozy and welcoming. Must come to in SF for wine! ?

Stopped by JAX for casual after-work drinks and had a great time! JAX has lots of indoor and outdoor seating, complete with string lights and heat lamps. Service was super friendly, and it's a great place to hang out and get some casual drinks. Didn't love the wine we tried but overall decent.

After visiting Jax several times over the years I'm finally compelled to leave a review. I've always had a good time here. A drink and a snack after work before heading home. A glass of wine before heading somewhere else. But last night my friends had their wedding reception here and we spent the whole evening. We had such a blast. The wine is outstanding, the hospitality by Kimberly, Peityn, and Trent will make you feel like you've known this place for ever. Truly a hidden gem in SOMA. It's not an easy place to find because they don't advertise, and not like any other wine bar. You have to know where to go to go find it. Maybe that's the secret ... go find it.

Been here a few times for tastings! Excellent events for members and amazing wines. The Cabs are my favorite, great body to them. The people there are so helpful, knowledge and make it feel like a true wine tasting experience like NAPA. Highly recommend if you are looking for an upscale wine tasting with a group!
