I love this breakfast joint for its simplicity. Your coffee is always full. The food is exactly what you would expect from a classic diner-except they throw in that mission flair with an amazing salsa verde (off menu of course) that you can smother on everything. The people who run this place offer the best service and the prices can't be beat- and the best part is I never have to wait. There is usually plenty of space and the service is most efficient.
Love Jim's! Been coming here for years and it's low key with great service and tasty, reasonably priced food. These kinds of spots are getting harder and harder to find in San Francisco and I've always had amazing, quick service and my go to is the chicken fried steak with soft scrambled eggs and hash browns and I rotate the type of toast i have based on my mood.
