$11 for plantains is a bit much. I thought they overcharged me but I called and they said that Yelp is just not updated. Pupusas are okay & place is clean.

Great restaurant (Fonda). The restaurant staff are very welcoming, attentive, and friendly. We order the pupusas with yucca and plantains. The pupisas were freshly made and delicious. Looking forward to try other dishes in my next visit. Highly recommended.

A good on the go spot. Got take out from here and food was still warm by the time I got home. Burrito was grilled after being which I always appreciate! Papusas are also super yummy and comes with the perfect amount of sides. Overall pretty decent and good for when you don't know what else to do. I just felt the food wasn't super special so that's why it's 4/5 stars for me!

I ordered two chicken tostadas with the rice and beans on the side. Food was made fresh to order and made quickly. I have ordered from here twice and the food was consistently good. The ladies who work here are welcoming and kind. You can tell they appreciate your business. I would order from here again.

Come for the pupusas, stay for the really friendly service. I'm really blessed to be living near such a cheap, fast, and yummy spot :) You can snag two pupusas with chips, curtido, and salsa for $10, tip included!

Delicious pupusas, but pricey, $5 each! Very skimpy with curtido. Hospital, hygienic, uninviting interior. Not warm and cozy, Better for takeout.

Appreciate the variety of Salvadoran & Mexican bocadillos and platos. The saltado con res was a perfect portion and flavored well. The flavor was not like the Peruvian version where they add soy sauce, but rather a tomato sauce. The mojarra frita was cooked and flavored well. What surprised me is they used Oaxacan quesillo in their frijol con queso pupusas. We enjoyed every bite of food. The only criticism I have is the menus smelled like an old wet rag. Kind of messed with my appetite in the beginning, but was back after the second bite.

My new favorite spot!! Excellent food, great prices (especially for the city!), amazing service, and the folks working there are so kind and lovely. I got the sopa de pollo and a bean and cheese papusa and both were incredible- excellent flavor and generous portions. the soup was so good I legit cried- packed full of veggies and chicken and you could tell it was made with love and care. I got my order to go but there's lots of seating, seems like a great spot to grab a delicious meal with friends or family. I can't wait to go back again!
