I used to come here for their croissants every weekend, but now they have stopped serving croissants. What kind of a French bakery doesn't have croissants? Hopefully they'll start making them again, since they were some of the best in SF.
This place is a quaint neighborhood joint, with a cool vibe. Delicious food and the best coffee I've ever had. I've been thinking about my Decaf cafe Mocha. Yes, I said Decaf. If you have not tried one of their chocolate chip cookies yet you should be fined. I'm after the recipe. Big chunks of chocolate, soft and moist and nice crisp edges. Matter of fact it's Saturday morning and I'm going to grab a few and a cup of coffee.

Came here after a trip to the museum for a late lunch. We ordered savory crepes and 2 boules de cidre. (Cider was very good) We chose the Verte and Forestière crepes. The buckwheat crepe was crisp. The Forestiere was a 5. Verte was a 3. We also saw signage near the baked goods indicating that they were voted the best croissant in SF so I tried one with my Americano after lunch. Husband tried the hazelnut Paris Brest. I can imagine how the croissant would be good when warm (croustilliante)....read full review
