Oh where do I begin! I needed to pick up a last minute anniversary cake for my son and stepson (don't worry, they were already dating before my husband and I got married haha... welcome to San Francisco!) Anyways, they completely nailed the cake! They included my favorite photo of the two, and the cake paired perfectly with my Barefoot Bubbly Pink Moscato (I even helped myself to two slices!) If you're ever in the city I definitely recommend this place.
Love the tres leches, guava empanadas, and flan. Everything is great, but those are my favs. Guava cake is good but hasn't been on point since covid. When I spoke to the owner about it, they had to change the recipe (ingredients) due to price inflation. I think they are considering going back to how it was made originally, even if the price goes up a bit.. i am A OK with that. Give me my nice, delicious guava cake back!
