Shame on me for never doing a review on Lers Ros until now. I've frequented this place more than any Thai place in the city. It's the best Thai I've had in the city certainly. I've had like 8 different things here and it's always reliable. There's some real adventurous stuff on the menu that I can't go for. But your typical Thai offerings are all money. This place has multiple locations which always worries me when it comes to consistent quality. I can't tell you what to get because it's all been good. Is there better Thai food in the world? Yeah probably, but as far as San Francisco is concerned I'll put this up against anything. (4.8 Stars)

I ordered the Tom yum soup yesterday and that was so good. Perfectly combining the tom yum signature flavors of spicy and sour. And you can see the rich ingredients and spice in the soup which are like lemon grass, lemon leaf and galanga. No wonder it's that tasty. It's definitely one of the best Thai flavors I've tried.

Stopped by for dinner since I love Thai while in SF and this place did not disappoint. The sun dried beef and pad Thai with a Singha beer hit the spot. FYI: For the fellow tourists avoid walking through Olive Street.

Me and my mom decided to give it a try when we saw the Top 100 Bay Area Restaurants sign. There was so much to choose from, but since we were trying a new cuisine we just went with the seafood soup, vegetable fried rice, chicken satay, and sticky rice w/ strawberry ice cream for dessert. We weren't a big fan of the soup, there were too much contrasting flavors. But the chicken satay was absolutely delicious (with or without the sauces) and the sticky rice with strawberry ice cream was insanely good. The staff were also very polite and served us right away, and were willing to make changes even after we'd already ordered. I'll definitely be coming back to try more dishes!

Best Thai I've personally tried in San Francisco, it's authentic and fresh. I recommend it!

I may be a bit biased because I do not like Thai food. I ordered basil chicken, but it was so bland. My friends ordered basil frog and alligator, and they seemed to enjoy them. Even though the atmosphere was decent, the neighborhood was terrible and made me feel sick.

If you want the real deal....here it is. I have had a few dishes here that was better than the same dish in Chiang Mai Thailand.

Very casual spot with great prices. Food was awesome. Beef and meatball soup was deep and savery but had a hintyof sweetness that was a delicious surprise. Portions are substantial.

Best coconut soup I've had in SF

Ordered food to be delivered. Requested utensils due to being in a hotel room without forks/spoons. I think it would be more customer service oriented that the restaurant (and driver) should ask if the customer needs utensils. It may take a second or two to ask but when one orders curry, it's too difficult to eat without a fork or spoon. It's extremely inconvenient to go to a store to purchase this after your food has been delivered. Process needs some improvement.

The food is outstanding. Lots on the menu and it's all delicious. I love the sea bass and the pineapple fried rice (pic).

place was a little cold and empty on a Sunday but glad they stay open with so little business. food was good. still think it is more like the way thai should be normally not an exception, bay area accepts too much marginal thai, but it is good. got one of the fishes, lots of taste.

Good Thai dishes from a large menu. The lunch special is good value for money. Highly recommend the eggplant and tofu stir fry. The roast chicken is also good with the sweet chilli sauce.
