An ice cream experience like no other, which is something that I say of value as a "let's finish dessert?!" type of eater. I love the cute little show of how the rolled ice cream was made, but I do wish that the worker announced the flavors were being made. I think that would draw more attention to the artistry creation of the ice cream that people dismiss as they are so hungry and focused on eating the final product. I wish that there were high chairs for people to sit at to because it was a pretty tight space with the "kitchen" area taking up most of it. I do love that this place has sweet and savory options available for choosing, but it was not advertised much online. I feel like more visibility online about the savory meals would make this place bring in more crowds because you know that you could have a full course meal here. Nonetheless, very good dessert stop for those who want to try this Bay Area dessert staple. I also was in great company. So glad that I got to be around this group of people for my first try of rolled ice cream :) until next time! & thank you to Jason (pictured top right corner) for this one :D

The first time we had rolled ice cream was in Thailand and we got hooked. Then Let's Roll opened on Irving Street, only to be shut during the pandemic. So of course when we saw this cute place, we had to order it! There's a tablet kiosk you can place your order at and my daughter chose 3X Berry and keyed in her number for texts. Seconds later, she surprisingly 'won' a free ice cream via text! She scanned her code and got me a small Mango Away. The fun part for a lot of people, particularly kids, is watching the ice cream being made. It's standing room only, but this unique treat is well worth not needing to sit down. We particularly enjoyed the tiny bits of fruit in the ice cream. Long live Let's Roll!

I ordered a large "Pluto" drink today. There was 2 guys working. Not sure how new these 2 were, but they seemed not fully know how to make the drink. I've been here many times. I had to tell 1 of them that it's suppose to have a chocolate coating on the side of the cup. The other person who made the drink didn't fill the cup all the way to the top.

I tried the tres leches flavor and it was amazing! The staff was so kind and inviting and were able to get out my order quickly. Excited to come back and try a new flavor!

Super yummy ice cream place with excellent service and great vibes! I got the funky monkey flavor and absolutely loved it.

Average tasting ice cream; I get the novelty of having it made in front of you, but this takes WAY too long. Smitten does this in 90 sec and w/o all the manual labor; it’s like a super-slow Cold Stone in there.

It was only good for the experience of seeing the ice cream being made. Otherwise, very overpriced for middling taste and very poor service.

It was only good for the experience of seeing the ice cream being made. Otherwise, very overpriced for middling taste and very poor service. And the shop is very small with no seats and zero decor.

Great ice cream, first time trying rolled ice cream and it was very good. Seems like a family business, go check it out and support them!

Finally tried this place in the Inner Sunset District, got me the 3x berries with captain crunch, raspberry syrup, & fruity pebbles, the only thing i didn't like was the long wait to be precise 30 mins! i'm glad they finally opened one of these in SF, the price is a bit pricey but once in a while it doesn't hurt to try this place out.Update: they have now moved to Clement & 25th Ave. plus you can get all the toppings you want for free! Plus you’ll be greeted by the owners son outside, he’s the one who is telling people to try it out lol. Was sad when they closed this place in the Sunset but glad they re-located & closer to my house now!

Wow, I recently had the most amazing strawberry ice cream in San Francisco! The flavor was so rich and creamy, and the strawberries tasted incredibly fresh. It was like a burst of summer in every bite. The texture was perfectly smooth, and the portion size was generous. I highly recommend trying it if you're a fan of strawberry ice cream. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Fresh, not too sweet flavors but also fun toppings if you want to turn up the sweet notch! Friendly faces! Thanks for opening a shop in the neighborhood.

Delicious and affordable, small was plenty for me.

Glad to see unlimited toppings, which is rare at this price point. However the chocolate ice cream seemed to be hard and flaky instead of smooth and creamy. Toppings of wafers, Nutella and chocolate sauce helped a bit to give a more chocolatey profile to the chocoholic.

It's tasty but it's overpriced for what it is. I got the Oreo cream and mango away. Inside very clean and servers were friendly and helpful.
