Ordered dinner of classic Mac and Cheese, Fried Chicken Thighs, Arugula Salad and Chocolate Cake.The Mac and cheese was soupy and devoid of flavor. It was as if they boiled the elbow pasta, poured milk that had a small amount of cheese dissolved in it and poured that over the pasta. It was cold, not lukewarm, cold. And I paid for delivery that took only 6 minutes to get to my home.The fried chicken was small 1/2 by 2 in strips that were over-cooked, dry, and also lacking flavor. I’ve never had dry thigh meat before, but somehow they managed to make it dry. The batter wasn’t properly salted or spiced. Had no herbal flavors, and no pepper.I was surprised that the salad was very good and the cake was delicious, but I’m guessing that was outsourced.If your restaurant is named Monster Mac, you’d better deliver the best Mac and Cheese you can buy. They have no business being in business.

I ordered through uber on a Sunday after the restaurant had closed (I was unaware of that) I canceled the order and didn’t get a refund and received no food. I hope you update your hours on uber,

Recieved the wrong order completely and no phone number to call. Postmates only reimbursed half the cost of the item missing when I’d rather just have the food made but I can’t get ahold of anyone.
