We came here on New Years Day and they were packed as you would expect. They were very kind and accommodated our 6 person table as quickly as they could. For such a casual eatery the food is immaculate. Nothing I've eaten here as disappointed on portion or flavor. Their Tom yum noodles with crispy chicken are something I craze frequently. Their Garlic Noodles are so flavorful! I have been back and will continue coming back here!

Interesting food options that accommodate someone wanting fries as well as a rice dish. My 6-year old and I had lunch here before visiting the Children's Creativity Museum a few blocks away. We were promptly seated along the windows and had impeccable timing because shortly after, there was a small line waiting for seating. I ordered fries and chicken wings and basil chicken. My 6-year old was happy to eat both dishes, and I ended up packing up leftover fries and chicken wings while we finished the basil chicken and rice. The fries were tasty and crispy, but could have used more garlic. The basil chicken was flavorful and the rice and egg were perfect. The serving sizes seemed appropriate as I wasn't hungry or overstuffed. The service was friendly and but also gave me time to enjoy my meal and checked in just enough without making me feel like I was being monitored. The interior of the restaurant is clean and well decorated. The large windows let in a lot of light. There are multiple tables that can be moved together to accommodate a larger group, and there was a party of maybe 8-10 congregating in one area. Overall the sitting area is pretty small, so I imagine that a larger party would probably have to call in advance. Lastly, the bathroom was also clean. I would love to eat here again and try more items from the menu.

Pretty good Vietnamese-Thai-American spot. I visited it a couple of times for brunch and dinner and every time had a great experience. This is not a fancy place but it's light, modern and has good service which brings it good amount of visitors. The menu is large so it's easy to find what to eat either you are in mood for sweet or savory food. I really loved their rich zesty Tom Yum noodle soup with crispy chicken and my husband found Pad Thai Shrimp delicious. Glad that we discovered this spot in our neighborhood and I actually see us becoming commons there.

Food was delicious, and came to the table looking exactly as vibrant as in their photos. Service was great and everyone in our family loved the meal they got. Really enjoyed our meal here!

Mr. East Kitchen offers a minimalistic dining space. Though we were promptly seated, we waited over 30min for our food. Despite this, the Pandan Waffle was yummy and served with a generous serving of fresh fruits, two eggs, and a sausage, making for a satisfying portion. The Tom Yum Omelet was also very good. The sriracha bacon on the Tom Uim Omelet doesn't taste much like sriracha, instead, it tasted like honey-glazed bacon. We swapped the potatoes and the side for French fries and hash browns, and I'll say everything on the plates are delicious. They don't assign specific server for each table, the attentive staff regularly checked in on patrons, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. In conclusion, while the wait may test patience, Mr. East Kitchen delivers on taste and attentive service, making it a worthwhile dining destination.

I have been here multiple times and my go to is the pad Thai! It is so he best that I have tried in the Bay Area. Their coffee drinks are delicious. The service is always wonderful. All the hosts are attentive and kind. Prices are reasonable and portions are great! Highly recommend.

Great yummy a breakfast with an asian twist. The staff is very nice and it's a sit down and order kind of place. The price is very reasonable for being in San Francisco and it has a very cute and inspo worthy food and place. They have this pandan and chicken waffle that was amazing and super unique. That one and the Thai tea French toast was amazing. I DEF RECOMMEND THOSE IF YOU COME! The mango sticky rice is also amazing and a must.

Literally my favorite place in the city- I have yet to be disappointed by any dish after trying like half the menu. The best part is that instead of braving the brunch crowds on the weekends you can get the brunch dishes any time! Super nice staff and always such an amazing spot

Great casual brunch spot for Thai fusion food! Their brunch menu has lots of variety to choose from, including the super fruit tea and dalgona coffee. I enjoyed the Tom yum noodle soup, which came with a generous portion size of crispy chicken and extra bean sprouts and jalapeños. The broth was flavorful and not too spicy.

Food tasted good and was fresh but the host was really rude, genuinely killed our meal.

Staff was friendly enough, but the food very disappointing and overpriced. I had the veggie pho, and it was pretty tasteless. Expected more based on the reviews/rating.

It's one of the best Pad Thai I have tasted. We were looking for food near our hotel, and the reviews are good. So we tried, and we weren't disappointed. The staff and the owner are friendly and accommodating.Although we only we ate what we selected and they are very good. The place is not big. To my estimates, it sits less than 50 people. Plan ahead if you decide to eat in this place.

A nice Thai food spot that opens early in the morning. I had the Hainan chicken rice which is not actually Thai food, but it's good. The ingredients are not very similar to those I had in Asia countries but the rice and chicken were delicious. The food service was very quick but servers were not around that much. The staff was friendly.
