During the pandemic, they changed owners and name. Use to be Supercue which my friends and I LOVE!!! But since the change, I still like this location and new establishment. Their drinks are refreshing, quality is great and well made, love the new items they've added. Their eggettes are HEART SHAPE, which won me over the fastest!!! So why 3 stars? 3 stars is for the food and drink. The missing 2 stars is - I ordered from them thru Uber eats once or twice, so ofc all the additional fees and stuff adding, it's pricey asfffffffff! But I went in the shop, one time I was in the neighborhood to drop off some things to a friend and picking up lunch for my family. They have a kiosk and counter, when I saw the kiosk, I scoff to myself and went straight to the counter. Their kiosk adds additional fee for using it and ofc you can only use card. How do I know? Because I went to BB Tea on Noriega and they only had kiosk there to order and pick up window, and when I ordered on their kiosk my drink went from $6.50 to $7.58 (wtf!!??) I'm like nope! I know what you're thinking..., why is it a problem now when you've ordered thru Uber eats? We all know ordering thru a 3rd party will have mound full of fees, and it's only last resort when I had to do that. But to be charged extra, to be 'Forced' to use the kiosk when you're actually in the shop and there's a worker there, to work! Why would I not have them take my order instead of a kiosk? And it's against principle they're adding extra fees when I'm doing all the work for them. When you shop at a supermarket, and self checkout, they don't charge you extra so why should I be charge extra for ordering my own drink?? Also, the worker, a white male, late to open, was quite rude. I was ordering 2 drinks, wanted the watermelon berry float, instead of just informing me, he tapped on the plastic cover, which startled me a bit as I was not expecting it and it was quite loud. Where he tap said watermelon berry float isn't available because it's not in season ... Which is a lie because Chinatown, Costco and Safeway sold watermelon at that time.

I usually don't write reviews for places I don't enjoy, but I was so disappointed in the drinks it honestly made me sad. :( I got a regular boba milk tea and a green tea milk tea and both were very watered down (tastes like water with boba). For $5/$6 you can definitely find better in a mile radius.

The boba was super expensive (with tip) for low quality tea. I got the lavender milk tea and sure, it was good but Not $9 worth for a boba. When I was there it was so hot inside there, not sure if they don't have AC. I was sweating for the 5 minutes I was in there and it was cold outside. They even had the door open and it was hot. Overall not good. Would not recommend

Workers were extremely rude, especially the Caucasian gentleman. They yelled as us to leave as "blocking door" when just waiting and just got drinks, and the quality was not good. Poor weak flavor tea. My friend was asking for help ordering and the guy was ride, raised his voice in annoyance and was unhelpful. This is the first tine in my life I've ever wish someone to go out of business. I certainly hope they do.

Not complain the drink. 2 weeks ago went there at noon time the guy told us the milk tea was not available yet, have to wait 30 mins, we left. We went back this week at 12:30pm, the guy told us BOBA not available yet also the milk tea. Just regular milk tea and have to wait 20 more mins. This store open at 11AM and looks like the REGULAR MILK TEA AND BOBA are always not available around after 1pm. So disappointed!!!
Second time visiting. First time I went in a little past noon they were still making boba so not available. Got a fruit tea instead. No complaints with the drink. Second visit was a little before noon, 11:48 and was told they weren't open. Checked hours of operation on door and it says 11. Inconvenient

If I can give out a negative star, I will totally do it. There was a guy who looks non Asian with a red cap and have large amount of acne on his face near his forehead and in between his eyebrows was screaming at me when I used his bathroom. He was screaming unnecessarily loud like he was getting robbed. Also, he was slamming the door very hard, honestly, this is considered a harassment and it is illegal in the United States. He is extremely rude and pissed off. I would recommend the boss to fire him because he does not have the skillset to serve the customers. More descriptions to this person, he is the one who is making the drinks and this happened on 4/16/2022 at approximately 6:41pm PST. So if the owner is reading this review, please look through the camera and you know what I am talking about. I will go back tomorrow to talk to the boss and complain to him in person.

The flavors are subtle on the smoothies...like watered down. I haven't tried the teas yet, but the banana and taro smoothies are watered down. I ordered through an app and the delivery driver customer service was excellent!
