This is my favorite place to get my Korean food fix in SF. Every time I come, the food is consistently delicious! The staff are friendly but leave you to enjoy your meal. Food comes out quick and fresh and hot! The banchan is plentiful. It takes me two busses or a train and a bus to get here from my house, and it is worth every minute of the journey.
i might go out on a limb and say this is the best classic korean restaurant you can find in SF. tons of great banchan, huge portions of food, hot barley tea :-) the place is run by some very sweet people.Ji-Bap, be sure to come here when you miss the taste of Korea!

finally found a great korean spot in san fran! authentic and super comforting
We ordered the soft tofu soup, oyster pancake, and the samgyupsal. Everything was good!!! The best for us was the oyster pancakes and the samgyupsal - well seasoned and serving was just right for the price. Will definitely come back!!!

Loved this place! Will bring friends back.I love the variety of dishes they have (they have sooooo many seafood options for those who are pescatarian or eat halal)!!! It makes me so happy to find a Korean spot with so many seafood options. The lady (seems like owner) is so sweet and friendly!
If you want to eat authentic Korean food, this is the place. Whenever I miss Korea, I try to go there. The owner/server lady was super nice and the food was delicious! The only thing that I really don't like is that it's too far from my place! I wish this restaurant was near my place so that I could go there more often.?Vegetarian options: Tofu dolsot Bibimbab, vegetarian soft tofu soup(you can tell them to remove beef), japchae
Nestled in the quiet Inner Richmond, this homey Korean restaurant is definitely underrated. All the food we ordered was like someone’s Korean grandma cooked it for us. Portions were great, all the eemos were friendly, and I would say this is as authentic as you can get. Don’t waste your time on overpriced Korean food elsewhere! (Not pictured is the Soft Tofu Soup. It was healing :)

Amazing food, amazing service, and great overall homey and comforting vibes. The soft tofu soup is SO GOOD. My favorite SF restaurant!
A bit pricy at about $30 a head but the food is quite good. When we were there, all the other tables were filled with Koreans. And there is no obvious decoration to make to place appeal to non Koreans. The operating hours are also limited. What this all means is its all in the food. The food is what makes customers come here.
