Charming and intimate neighborhood wine bar with a small but compelling food menu. Actually thought the food was better both in variety and flavor than the wine selection. Had a great lunch with a friend here yesterday. The owner was our waiter and he was very friendly and very attentive. I decided to try the tuna pizza and it was amazing!!!! Never had a tuna pizza before, but the owner told me I would love it and he was right!Really cute neighborhood place in Noe Valley. I’ll definitely be going back.

I haven't been to Noeteca in a while and I just had the most reasonably priced and delicious lunch. The owner described the Feijoada (and with an egg option!) and I went with it. Yes, with the egg option. So good.Definitely wander off 24th Street and visit Noeteca.
