Excellent Mexican food and drinks. Came here with a bunch of friends for brunch, and all ordered different things, and everything was really good.I really liked my Quesadilla Roja con Chicharron, which was filled with meaty and cheesy goodness.

Usually, I'd snap a picture, but it wasn't impressive. Despite the hype and glowing reviews, the taste fell short. The only standout flavor was the peanut hot sauce accompanying the quesadilla. The chips with sour cream and cheese were mediocre at best.

Finally got to try this place while staying in SF. Pretty good options for Mexican food with a twist. The drinks were good and they have a variety of tequilas, if you're a fan. The service was friendly and very attentive. I had the huarache de huitlacoche and my husband had the pozole and wagyu steak taco.

Fantastic Mexican cuisine. This is most certainly not your standard Tex-Mex that you'd expect as a "Mexican restaurant" in the USA. Go here and be prepared to be delighted with the flavors and textures.

So I did get food to go just had too long of a week so just recommended to me by an Uber driver and shout out to him!!! The menu was not too extensive so I appreciate that I decided to go with the pozole rojo boy was it tasty I'll say it's not as tasty as the pozole from the market in Mexico City but I'm not in Mexico City!!! I appreciate that they included all the proper accoutrement that is required for a proper pozole. Super great spices and flavors the cuts of meat were great I could have used a little more hominy but that's okay I also ordered a side of their homemade tortillas boy highly recommend those they were delish. Also for a later on snack I got some chips and chose two of the salsas as shown in the pictures the pinky one I'm not sure if it's the medium or hot it's a little garlicky it's an interesting flavor the red one with seeds is absolutely flavorful and fantastic. This restaurant does a great job with to go food it was packed up I have to say one of my top 5 to go packaging

Food and drinks are always flawless. I've never eaten anything short of delicious here. I love the order from your phone process which gets things buzzing to the table right away, plus it takes away the "split the bill" saga bc everyone just orders, shares and pays. Extra friendly staff every single time. This place doesn't miss.

I went late in the evening because I was craving something sweet. Their champurrado and hibiscus concha were delicious!! I did not try their food, but if it's anything like their dessert, then it's amazing. The staff was also very helpful, the woman was able to tell us about their different dessert items before we chose.

The service and atmosphere was great but the food was bland and the portions were small for the price. The ceviche was bland. The beef was better and the chicken tacos were ok.At a lower price point, food would have gotten a 4 but there is so much good Mexican in SF, they should do better.

Very overrated place, starting out with the service, they tell you “scan and order with the QR code” that way the waiter doesn’t need to help you. It’s so loud in there that you can’t hear the waiter anyways. Had the ceviche which we had to request salt as it was tasteless and it had a ton of cabbage on it so you couldn’t even see the fish (maybe 3 pieces). The mains came, the quesadilla vegetarian was lukewarm and flavorless. Had to order guacamole and sauce (which they charged us for!) in order to get flavor but those were flavorless as well. I had the fish which was swimming in a bean sauce. Also lack of flavor and had to throw a bunch of salt on it. This is a shame to have Mexican food that has no flavor! This place used to be great years ago! For about $100 for 2 people this food isn’t worth more than $30! So sad!

Nopalito is absolutely phenomenal. It holds the top spot as my favorite high-end Mexican restaurant in all of California. I stumbled upon it on Hyperflyer and often opt for delivery from there when I can't dine in; they offer better prices and don't tack on additional third-party fees like some other platforms. While the food is undeniably fantastic, with numerous reviews attesting to that fact, don't overlook their drinks! They're truly outstanding and offer a unique taste experience you won't find elsewhere. The service and atmosphere are equally exceptional. You really shouldn't miss out on this gem. Give it a try--you won't be disappointed.
