Love all the unique bowl combinations! The Warrior was tasty and reminded me of the UC colours. The ordering system is efficient with an in-store kiosk, and there was no one else there when I went mid-afternoon, so I could submit my order right away. This location has a cute, Instagrammable indoor seating area on the right side.

Ordered here on Saturday online around 2 pm. I was informed order will be ready at 2:25 pm.When I arrived st palmetto at 2:35 pm the person working there even without checking just told me my order isn’t ready and I’ll have to wait another 20 minutes. Then when I asked him if he checked he just mentioned it isn’t ready (he didn’t bother to check). After 10 minutes I talked to another employee who then figured out that the order had been ready all along and it was in the freezer.Very very very poor customer service.

Not only is this the best açaí in the city, but I just want to give a shoutout to the gals who work here.I was in today, the first hot sunny day of the year, and there was a CROWD. of course, with so many orders, it was taking longer than usual. Some customers were being snappy and rude, but I was SO IMPRESSED with the kindness and grace the employees handled themselves with. Everyone who asked about their order was met with smiles and apologies. And the quality of the food never diminished as they never panicked. Thank you for working so hard and being so kind to people.

I came across this place on Google Maps when I was in the area after a long run in the Presidio, and of course there was a long line. No place can beat this honestly. For $13 you can add unlimited toppings and acai flavors - I usually get the pink dragonfruit, classic acai and the mango, top it up with all the butters, goji berries, mulberries, blueberries, kiwi and mango. My favorite smoothie is the Warrior. Now I come back to this location and the Dolo location every other week! Irresistible! My friends are hooked too!

Great place and variety. Im impressed with the choices. I used to go a couple of times a week, but I completely stopped visiting because they no longer sell apple kale. Most disappointing thing that has happened.

Palmetto is absolutely delicious! However, I wish they would add a “yes I have a nut allergy” feature or doordash or special requests button! Would make it much safer considering it is an environment filled with various nuts.

The best place for açaí bowls in the bay area, basically endless toppings and choices, and Not overpriced. The BEST ! Workers are always kind too.

This location wasn’t as good as the other one I visited; it even seems like their “small” size is smaller than at the other location?Edit: the size seemed to have changed and it still tastes great! Still one of my fav places. Thanks!

I've been eating açaí bowls since it became popular in around 2008 in LA. I've have a lot of versions from so many different places. This place is bomb. Add the mango passion fruit sorbet to your bowl. Thank me later.

For açaí bowls and smoothies, the Richmond's Palmettos is slightly bigger than the one in the Marina, with a nice section that has benches for people to sit and eat indoors. Also has a clean bathroom facility. You get to pick your own ingredients and get a custom made delicious treat. Everything tastes fresh and refreshing. Service is efficient. The store's vibe is vibrant and clean. One in the Richmond'shas more families on weekends whereas the one in the Marina has more joggers - saw some good-looking police officers at this hip joint!

Delicious avocado smoothie. So tasty and natural. Enjoyed every sip of it. Worth a try on a sunny day.

I have been waiting to try this place and finally made it out to the city!! It was everything I expected and more. I got a little excited about the unlimited toppings I went a little ham but definitely learned for next time, and yes there will definitely be a next time! Their açai is definitely more potent and natural compared to many other shops I go too but I don't mind both ways. Their quick ordering system makes it easy and the line flows quick. Every single bowl are made with love. I love the nice photo op wall as you can see I took full advantage of it with some nice seating to enjoy your bowl.

Probably fav place to get açaí bowls since you can add as many toppings as you can. Would rec to order online since the line can get long
