Pan Lido Salvadoreno Reviews
*** In Short *** Not the quesadilla salvadorena you're looking for. *** In Depth *** Having spent summers in El Salvador as a kid, I grew to really love quesadilla salvadorena: a pastry akin to a cheesy pound cake, and one I've tried to find locally for quite some time now. I have a problem with people lying to sell bread. We went in there and asked if it was fresh ( maybe made in the morning, most bakeries do) the man behind the counter assured us that everything was made fresh the same day. He lied! After buying $40 dollars worth of bread, almost all except for the semita' was dry and sugar was dissolved in the relampago. I would say this bakery is hit or miss.
