Ordered one pizza for carry out online. App says ready in 10 minutes. Cool, I'll show up 20 minutes later. Surely it'll be ready. I get there and I'm greeted with "it'll be 7 minutes." I wait another 30 minutes, while every single worker just stares at me knowing I've been waiting forever. Every single pizza that comes out of the oven, I watch all the workers pass the pizzas to some guy packing 10-12 pizzas in a bag to go. Finally I can't stand it anymore and just ask them "when's my pizza ready? It's been literally 1 hour since I ordered". One lady grabs one of the pizzas being churned out from the guy packing them and hands it to me saying "oh it just finished"..... are you kidding me? Why lie to me? What is the purpose of lying to a customer? No consideration of people's time, no sense of priority, and no professionalism from this crew. Management: take a good hard look at your workers and teach them customer service, teach them not to lie to people to cover up their mistakes, and teach them how to prioritize customer orders. People should not be waiting 1 hour for a single effing pizza. I'm so frustrated, I would give negative stars for this place.

Bless these guys for being open on Christmas Day. I ordered a Works pizza and it was absolutely delicious! It's more on the expensive side, but SOOO much better than Costco pizza! I can't wait to order from them again!

I guess if you want to risk throwing your money away that's on you but the midget lady with the broken English was so rude and had 0 customer service skills. Instead of de-escalating the situation, which she created by messing up my order, she decided to argue with me even tho the instructions are as plain as day. Maybe the management should focus on hiring friendly staff who understand and speak English. Anyways I ordered a "build your own" Papa John bowl and cheese was not one of the ingredients I checked off but pizza sauce was. Yet the bowl was loaded with cheese but no pizza sauce. I showed her the itemized ingredient I specifically picked and she still is aggressive and confrontational. The awful employee had to be right at all cost, it didn't matter if a customer is lost. At this point I don't even want it anymore...I just want a refund and she refused to Refund me MY MONEY. So she went ahead and made me another bowl but no cheese and still missing the sauce. The top it off she had this nasty little smirk on her face like he's getting pay-back. At this point I'm out of$10 and and no food. Go figure...ridiculous right?!?!

Food is ok. Customer service on the phone was lacking. I wouldn't probably order from them again.

Atalie, explained in great details about, the pizza baking process of their oven. That's consistent every time I pick up. The crust is never burnt, or oily.

I saw the Shaq Promo of $13.99, so Friday after a long Morning & Afternoon working, an order was placed. It was very easy to place a mobile order, but in retrospect I should have created an account to build rewards rather then enter as a guest. It was easy to reach the store, park, and receive my order upon arrival. Btw the person manning the store was friendly with a very positive attitude. Upon returning home I got to try the Shaq. First the pepperoni was of a good quality and unlike some pizza chains was a pleasant addition. As for the Pie, it was nicely cooked in a high degree oven, I'd almost thought it was over cooked but I've been dealing with so many different places that use slower ovens that it confused me. So would I go back? Heck Yes!

I love the new papa bowls!!! Literally ordered them twice a week after it came out. I'm on keto so I'm always craving for some pizzas but can't have it but the bowls solved my problem completely! Now both my boyfriend and I can enjoy food from papa Johns together. I think whoever is making them haven't get used to portioning the ingredients tho, it's okay. The first picture is the one I got the second time and as you can tell, it's way more than the first time which is the second picture, even though I ordered almost the exact same ingredients. I love how you can choose so many ingredients tho, now instead of a carb and fat bomb as how American pizzas are, I can actually eat healthy and get all the nutritious veggies and good protein and good fat like cheese by ordering the bowl without worrying about weight. I also really appreciate whoever hooked me up with like 20 pepperoncini peppers since I only ordered one add-on. I love these so much I love to cut them all up and throw them into the bowl and mix it. Then add some Tabasco, perfect. The pizzas are good as always, can't think of once that they ever messed up on pizzas. The crust is still the best I wish I can have it. Anyway, would definitely come back for more!

The food was hot, but really flavorless. Shocked also at how dingy it was. Also, got 4 XL pizzas & asked for ranch, but only got 4 small cups of ranch.

We found an entire caterpillar in our pepper that comes with your pizza. I know there's not really anything papa johns can do about something inside a pepper.. but I am so grossed out I can never order papa johns again.
