I never write reviews so this means my heart is a little heavy right now. I just visited Pasha on Saturday… literally sitting in my car writing this as I felt so disappointed by the experience(s) that I couldn’t even wait to get home. I’ll start with tonight. I walked in and sat at the bar. I smile at both bartenders upon entering. They didn’t acknowledge me. I initially sat near the door but then moved down a couple of seats after a few minutes as I didn’t want the breeze to hit me. At this point, no one has still said anything or welcomed me. Mind you I’ve been making eye contact with the bartenders the whole time. One guy comes into the bar and they immediately welcome him and give him a menu. I have now been sitting there at least 8min at this point. I wave over to one of the bartenders and he immediately excuses me quite rudely and waves his hands and says “hold on” as he walks away. RUDE but I’m still being patient as I had a rough week and really just wanted to chill, smoke some hookah and get a drink. So patiently waiting.. I take out my laptop and literally have time to write an email, all while still waiting for help and still coming up every few seconds to make eye contact to let them know that I’m once again HERE. Another guy sits at the bar a couple seats down from me and they immediately give him a menu and welcome him. At this point, they are blatantly ignoring me and I’ve been here well over 10min trying to get there attention, mind you no one was sitting at this bar aside from the gentlemen mentioned above (and obviously me). And this point, I’m over feeling invisible and get up and leave. I am hoping it’s not because I’m a woman, especially a Black woman but it did feel eerily familiar from the first time that I went with my cousin a few weeks ago. I won’t get into that one right now, but this establishment needs to work on their customer service. I’m incredibly disappointed and hurt from this experience, and I can’t help but to think how different it would have been if I was one of those two white men that came and sat down after me.

I would legitimately give 0 stars if I could. This place is the absolute worst… I ordered delivery from here and they gave the food the wrong person. 2 hours and 4 Uber drivers cancelling pickup later I called and the man on the phone was aggressive and honestly a total a-hole and said they could do absolutely nothing. I never get upset about these things but the way the employee spoke to me was unacceptable. I HIGHLY recommend never going here. Try places like Noosh or Lokma instead. The food there is great, the service is fantastic and you’ll have a MUCH better experience than at Pasha SF.

They gave my order to the wrong Uber driver & wouldn’t take responsibility or remake my order. No communication whatsoever as I was waiting for my food for over an hour and a half & decided to call the restaurant to see what was going on. The man who I talked to said there was nothing he could do about it.

Best hookah spot I've been to lol hands down. I wish they did hip hop it is more a pop culture here but totally nice. Food was good hookah was good and we got free belly dance performance which was entertaining. 10/10. Oh yea get the flatbread!

I was a bit skeptical but IM BACK for the second week in a row. I wanted to wait before I review this spot but this is my low key go too! I love that happy hour is from 5-7:30. Hookah is $25 and they have a bunch of apps for $10 or less I love the Mezze Trio I literally came back for that!! I enjoyed it so much the first time and just complemented my hookah and cocktail. Curtailed cocktails were also good. Hookah : Persian Rose: spice peach and lime. Cocktail : golden hour 10/10 highly recommend. Mezze Trio and chicken wings. My server Fatih was so helpful and customer service was absolutely great BOTH TIMES!!. He was very attentive and made sure I was pleased with everything on both visits. Bartender was also great made a good stiff drink when you go ask for Beran. The aesthetic is cute but y'all knew that from Instagram. Come check it out for yourself. You won't be disappointed

Not a good experience - very overpriced hookah and rude servers. After asking servers to fix our hookah almost 5 times, they were showing attitude about changing the flavor and then ended up charging us for doing that. It's one thing if you charge for doing it but why show attitude and be rude to your customer. Also should be upfront about the charge. They also close their kitchen much earlier.
