It's about time this place went out of business. Horrible treatment of its delivery drivers and the customers.

Is Paxti's on 24th Street no longer in business? It has been closed for 1+ month. We loved this neighborhood pizza place, especially sitting at the bar to watch Warrior's game. Ever since the manager Michael was let go, it went down the drain in being ubderstaffed. The young woman was hilarious, excellent customer service, however she was rhe only one working on the To-go & dining in patrons. 4 guys were always in the back kitchen area & socializing with each other why the young woman worked darn hard. My friends and I advised her to get a higher paying job because she did not deserve to be working in that shit-show environment. Michael and her were fabulous workers.

I ordered here before once and it was great. Decided to order again thru Uber eats. Placed order, 45 minutes later after 2 drivers try to pick up order, it gets cancelled. It says I can try again in an hour. Place an order another 45 minutes later and 2 drivers later, order is cancelled again. Call to see what going on, phone is busy 3 times in a row. Waste of time. Will not be ordering again.

Sad, indifferent remainder of a formerly terrific pizza spot. I put in an online order: two orders of meatballs, two Caesar salads, one order of garlic bread. I arrived at 5:30 PM on a Friday when it said the order would be ready. There was a big line of delivery drivers out front and a huge stack of to go order boxes inside. One counter person putting together a drink order for dine-in customers. Five minutes pass. 10 minutes pass. The customer for the drink order walks up to the counter and says "can I help you with the order?" He's obviously been waiting a long time. And it looks like she was the only server for the entire restaurant and to go orders. "Nah. I got it." More minutes go by. Another server casually, slowly makes her way into the restaurant. Puts her stuff down, gets snippy with the other server and says that she will put the orders together. Both are indifferent and look as if they're doing us a favor. Counter person pieces together my order (how many items did you get?) I get my stuff and leave. The Caesars were weak little piles of lettuce with a white anchovy thrown on top, dressing straight out of a container. Meatballs were tasty, but the sauce came straight out of a big industrial can. And how can you possibly screw up garlic bread? I am loath to criticize restaurants after 2 1/2 years of the pandemic. I know how tough it is to get help. But if you're understaffed, the staff feels like they're doing you a favor by being there, and the kitchen seems to be about is enthused as the front of house staff is, you either need to up your game, or maybe it's time to go.

I had their Classic Meat Deep Dish Pizza, it definitely hits the spot! It's loaded with cheese, sauce, and pepperoni/sausage. It's a little too salty for my taste, but overall a great pizza!

We ordered 2 large pizzas. Went next door had froyo, came back, ordered wine. No line when we first ordered, but by the time we finished our wine the line was long and still no pizza. MULTIPLE people came and ordered their pizza there, got their pizza and left. Over 1 hour later still sitting and waiting and we had to begggg to get our 2 pizzas! One staff member kept reassuring us that they were just finishing one pizza and it was bc one was gluten free. And when we finally got our order, it had the one topping I asked them to hold. The ONE topping. Did not offer to remake it, just shrugged. The feeling of pure IDGAF is clear here. NOT WORTH IT

Very good food! Great value as well, I ordered the $10 lunch special which is everyday until 3PM. First time trying deep dish pizza and loved it! Don't hesitate coming by I promise you won't regret it.

I'm not a huge fan of deep dish pizzas, but Patxi's makes some pretty tasty pies. I've been to all of the SF locations and my go-to is the special (sausage, mushrooms, green peppers, onion). This visit I got the 14" favorite deep dish (pepperoni, mushroom, olives). The crust is always nice and crispy and the pizzas are loaded with sauce, cheese, and toppings. I've tried their thin crust pizzas and actually prefer deep dish.

There's no denying that this place deserves nothing less than 5 stars! Deep dish Chicago style pizza right here in San Francisco. Do however realize that you're in for at least a 45 minute wait, but the wait is well worth it.

Pizza is usually good but need to hire more service staff. Always hard to get someone on the phone and pickup etas are super long. This is based on four separate orders since covid started.Today I tried to call three times and no one picked up either time so I took my business elsewhere

First time at Patxis. The folks messed up the order. Ordered a pan pizza and we got deep dish. The taste wasn't good. We were very humble to let go their mistake, it was Christmas eve. I expected some accountability from their end to accept the mistake and compensate.

The pizza is amazing but it's sad how this location compares to others. They consistently say they do not have WiFi or internet which is embarrassing in 2021. I have ordered through third parties and shown up only to have to replace my order in person. Please live up to your reputation elsewhere.

Ordered through Forkable through my workplace for lunch. I ordered the Salsiccia Thin Crust Pizza: All-natural garlic-fennel sausage, herbed ricotta, fresh basil, mozzarella, homemade tomato sauce & parmesan. I am usually not a fan of pizza but this pleasantly surprised me! The size was larger than a personal pizza but not too large where it would be too much. I ended up eating half of the pizza and taking the rest home. The only con I would have is that the crust wasn't as soft as I would have liked--had the consistence of a bread cracker. Overall, I would recommend this place if you're in the mood for a decent pizza!
