Excellent food, service. Menu very diverse. Good vibe there. The pasta with the lamb ragú was great, as was the black tahini cauliflower.

A hidden gem in the neighborhood! Adorable on the inside and really romantic. We had trout, arancini, cauliflower, and bucatini pasta. The trout was cooked to perfection, the arancini was delicious, and the cauliflower had a slight saltiness. Our favorite dish of all was spaghetti. Although the cocktails were tasty, we ultimately decided to switch to wine because it fit better with our meal.

Total vibe. Rainy Friday with the fire blazing in the heaters and the rain keeping a safe distance. Probably one of my favorite outdoor dining experiences. The service is always on point. Greeted and sat us promptly, always there when we wanted to order. Seamless. The crudo was epic, a dance of flavors popping in your mouth. The lamb was perfectly seasoned and cooked - I wasn't much for the set, the couscous and sauce were a bit too sour for my palette. Dessert was delicious. I wanted five more!

Dear friends steered us here and we had an amazing time. The service was impeccable, the food was phenomenal, and the vibe was "neighborhood gem." Go here!Dietary restrictions: Worked with my gluten allergy.

How good can service and ambiance possibly be if their cute off leash dog Roo keeps pooping on the sidewalk and the chef keeps failing to pick it up? I don't care how decent the food is, cute the spot is or close it is. How you respect your neighborhood matters. I'll spare you the pictures... disgusting, rude and over 30 times (including today). At least maybe their chef's hands won't have dog poop on it for rarely picking up after their pet, but definitely affects ambiance and service rating. I never if ever leave bad reviews and we've tried to address everything kindly as obviously we want good neighborhood businesses to thrive. I am not the owner's mother and shouldn't have to call them every time I see their dog poop on the sidewalk.

Ordered the black cod! with mussels, roasted cauliflower, oysters, sticky date cake, and a citrus eye cocktail. Everything was delicious, especially the cod, and cauliflower. Service was also excellent! and I will definitely be coming back again!

We had a wonderful meal of scallops, bavette steak, raw oysters and a glass of beer. I will go back of course but right at the end the hostess rudely told us that someone was waiting for our table and we needed to leave. We were just about to leave in any case but that left a slight negative mark on an otherwise lovely meal.

Pearl restaurant is a little gem in the Richmond. We particularly like their appetizers. This is a special occasion spot and love the vibe. Been here 3 times and will be back.

We lucked out as a party of 3 to walk up right as a reservation canceled and we were seated quickly. The food here was excellent (appetizers to the main meal to desserts)! Everything tasted incredibly fresh and was very flavorful. I would definitely come back here.

This is a bad restaurant. Not "food poisoning, emergency room, tubes coming out of your nose" bad, just bad.1. Herb tea...cups were dirty and tea tasted like moth balls.2. Oysters...something bitter on there that was unpleasant, maybe the herbs they sprinkled on top.3. Roasted cauliflower...on a bed of black sesame tahini with some grey spicy paste on top. The tahini looked like the grey sludge you collect when you clean out a plugged drain. This dish didn't taste as bad as it looked, which was a good thing, because if it had,it would have been inedible. Absolutely repulsive too look at though..4. Seared scallops... not fresh, sitting in a pool of some not tasty lemony sauce.A big disappointment all around. There was also a long wait for the food and a really long wait for the single bathroom...sigh, I really wish I could find a good restaurant in my neighborhood...

This place rocks. The food is killer. The menu has some mainstays as well as things in rotation, so it's always very seasonal. I love that there is always something new to try, too. I love getting the warm olives, and they have oysters too which are delicious! Of course the pastas are amazing - I had a squid ink pasta one time with a creamy butter sauce that was unreal. I also love their cocktails even though I'm not a big drinker. The staff are super sweet and helpful, especially since the menu changes so frequently. They're always really knowledgeable if you need more information or a recommendation. One of my favorite parts is the restaurant's resident pup who roams around to guests who are sitting in the outdoor area. He's so sweet and loves to get pets while he hunts for crumbs!

There aren't enough words in the dictionary to express how AMAZING the food was here. We got the Acme bread and butter which had the perfect mix of crunchy exterior and soft, warm interior. We also got the Wood Oven Gulf Prawns--it wasn't my favorite but it still had an amazing sauce. The severs were so nice and helped with narrowing down the choices for the night.

My experience at the pearl was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The ambiance was inviting, with a charming flair , the menu offered a tantalizing array of dishes, each bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive, enhancing our meal with perfect wine pairings. Every aspect of our evening, from the food to the service, exceeded our expectations.
