Ordered a white choc Carmel iced mocha and it was pretty good! Also got these chocolate covered cherries and they were great! My husband ordered a plain cold brew and he said he liked it!There is not very much seating in here, it’s a pretty small establishment, so we took ours to go! I usually have a great experience at this Peet's but I feel that one employee, David, may need more training. As my cashier he was very slow putting in my order and had me repeat myself many times even though I only had two modifications, (Light ice and in a large cup. So I can add my own milk at home.) He was sighing and groaning while looking for the buttons to press. Then he also went to make my drink instead of the barista working, and he made it incorrectly, the wrong kind...read full review

The coffee is just okay; hard to compete with the stiff competition in the city. The service here is also hit-or-miss. However, I really appreciate the atmosphere of this store, and how it's welcoming to both people who are here for a quick cup and people who want to work with their laptops or their textbooks. And the views of Fillmore St outside the giant windows are great.
