Mid for sure, I did not get nearly enough food for what I got. If you do go I'd get the tomato soup & bread bowl. That seemed worth it and like it would fill you up.Too expensive.

The sour bread soup is a good taste. It’s a big bowl and it’s recommended to be shared by multiple people. The soup is very salty, so we ate it with the sour bread.

Leuke omgeving, bediening gaat lekker vlot.Makkelijk bestellen met een ruime keus.Prijs kwaliteit prima in orde.Je kunt zelf bij de bakker mee kijken, ze staan eigenlijk te bakken in een etalage ?

The sourdough is great. The soup and sandwhich combo and upcharging for the bread bowl is a better deal than just getting a bread bowl because they are the same size. We had tomato soup and the clam chowder, and they were just alright. The service was fast in the quick serve portion and lots of seating available. It was great to do once, but we don’t feel we would go back again. Once was enough.

If there is one other must do in San Fran, is a visit to the Boudin Bakery down at Fishermans Wharf. Try the iconic sourdough clam chowder a must try dish, at around $ 15 US its a no brainer , the chowder soaks into the loaf , is a great creamy texture with great flavour. The bakery is also worth if just for a walk through. The candy store across the road also worth a peek if you have a sweet tooth Recommend the Boudin

Got in line when there was no one in line and got passed over two times. When I mentioned to the the employee she passed us off to another employee. When trying to explain a non complicated order to the employee. He had no clue what I was talking about. Visibly frustrated we went over to talk to the the barista. All I wanted was a mocha frappe no whip and a vanilla latte with sugar free vanilla and half in half. The employee said that the barista said there is half in half on the counter.I told him cold half half is not what I wanted. I told the employee never mind I’ll speak to the barista myself. So in doing so the barista said with attitude “we don’t do that” states she wasn’t train to steam half and half. I explained to the barista it’s the same as steaming milk there is no difference. I have done food service my self from 2000-2010 in a Raley’s that has Pete’ coffee and have made the above mentioned drink countless times. I guess customer satisfaction is not something that is followed at this location. Sadly to say this will be my only and last time I purchase coffee from this specific establishment.

We went for dinner…food was great. However, our unfriendly waiter got the tickets messed up and charged us not only our meal but the table beside us. Never apologized and said he couldn’t immediately reverse the wrong charge. That it would “pend” on our credit card for 3-4 days. We even spoke to a mgr and he assured us it would be reversed. Long story short, more charges appeared on the credit card the next morning! We went back to Boudins and spoke to a different mgr about getting this resolved. He was nice and assured us it would be taken care of. It has been 6 days since all this began and still have all these charges. This experience just ruined it for us.

We had a great quick lunch on Pier 39. I had the BLTA, my son loved the pizza, husband and daughter had the soup in a bread bowl. Service was fine. We had no issues.
