We were appalled that a dog was allowed INSIDE the restaurant while there were table available outside on the patio. Isn't there a public health law about animals inside? The hostess said there was an exception for service dogs. Not sure when small Pomeranians qualified. In a crowded restaurant the last thing people with allergies need is a dog.

The pot roast was the absolute best.

Came here with colleagues and was impressed by the menu - something for everyone and all quite good. Sadly I was busy chatting with coworkers so didn't get a chance to take photos of the food. I got a soup (tomato bisque) as appetizer and it was average size between a cup and a bowl and traditional and good. I also went for one of the salads (Magnolia) and it was nice size and great mix of toppings. The server was super friendly and came back often to check on us and to refill our drinks. They have a decent rotating of craft beer from local Bay Area breweries and a large wine list. Restaurant is casual yet nice and this location is near the water

It's been 5 years since I was last here - still one of my favorites in SF. Love the Perry's Manhattan! Sean mixes them right and is great man to have behind the bar!

Perry's was the highlight of my recent trip to San Francisco. Excellent food at good (for SF) prices.

We had a Reuben sandwich with a special bread, mini burgers, New England clam chowder and homemade chips. We loved everything. The waiter was very friendly explaining all the dishes to us. The atmosphere is very relaxed with its checkered tablecloths and its windows facing the Pier.

The service is quick, the food is tasty, and the prices are fair for the location.
We were so pleased to find a dog friendly restaurant like Perry's for lunch. My Cobb salad was delicious. My husband ordered the artichoke (which we shared), wedge salad and a hamburger. The price was right and our little Maltipoo doggie was welcome.
I wouldn’t call this medium rare, but it still tasted nice. 10/10 cocktails as well!

I’ve been going to this place for 5 years….it has declined substantially. The last few visits…it just seems the staff just wants to go home. I arrive at 730pm …I asked smilingly “ how is it going” answer “ready to go home” they are supposed to be open until 11. Not the first time…but it’s my last time.

First time having dinner here - previously just lunch. The food was surprisingly good and not too expensive. I had the filet of sole - which was cooked perfectly/just right portion. My friend had the ribs and he loved them. Service was a bit less than attentive, but overall a good experience. Will be back.
