Fantastic! The service was wonderful these ladies are so nice and polite. Drinks are fresh and hit the spot. There is room to sit and sip or of course to just take on the go as well.

So yummy and I love my glass bottles!! I went out of my way to come here and it did not disappoint. If you’re trying to cut down on plastics, go to Plentea.

Hands-down, one of the best places to get milk tea in San Frnacisco, especailly for their sustainability.
All their teas come in reusable glass bottles that you can keep and compared to other ilk tea places, the prices are about the same if not sometimes cheaper.
You can order at the small tablet/kiosk or with one of the workers.
There is also a lovely dining space upstairs and a few chairs downstairs.
Only downside is that they use plastic straws.

Quick service (had enough time to take exactly one bite of my cookie before it was ready), and my Honey Like Green tea came in a nice glass bottle!

Cool "plant" milk tea offerings. Variety of flavors of drinks made with quality ingredients. Teas have deep flavor and boba is fresh. They offer drinks in glass containers which you can re-use when you bring them back to the shop.
Dietary restrictions: Variety of non-dairy options.

Yes to the aesthetics! Cute small shop with a few seats available. I really loved the bottle option and kept it to use. The boba drink itself was very mediocre unfortunately. When do you ever see a Nutella milk tea option? I had to get it but it tasted like watered down chocolate milk. I love Nutella but maybe expected something stronger? The boba was kind of hard, not warm, soft or chewy. I wouldn’t mind coming back to try something else since prices were pretty reasonable!
Horrible matcha and they over brew their black tea. Do not recommend it.

Everyone get the milk caramel
Helpful staff and great drinks! The watermelon + tea is seasonal and definitely worth a try for the summer! The musubi is also great, pretty large and priced well.

Milk tea tastes like mixture of juice and milk, and tastes a bit cheap. Prices are hidden too.

Ideally, I'd give it a 2.5/5.Plentea has a charming atmosphere. The shop itself is small but inviting, with terrariums lining the walls, adding a touch of nature. They offer a wide variety of drinks, from classic milk teas to fresh fruit options and even smoothies. You can also choose between getting your drink in a reusable glass bottle or a standard plastic cup, which is a nice eco-friendly touch.Unfortunately, my experience with the actual drink fell a bit short. I opted for the Thai tea, a classic boba flavor. While the presentation was nice, the taste was a little disappointing. The tea itself was quite bitter, and there was a slightly chalky aftertaste.Overall, Plentea is a cute spot with good intentions. However, based on my experience with Thai tea, the flavor execution needs some work. If you're looking for a trendy boba shop with a wide variety of options, Plentea might be worth a try. But if you're a boba purist seeking the perfect cup, you might want to keep exploring.
