Incredibly slow and inefficient. Took 20 minutes for the order to be made and I was the third person in line

Worst place ever. I don't even care about service. I just wanted the amount of food that I paid for. The I got a large bowl and she over here rationing like they are low in inventory when they just refilled the fish. I even paid extra for more salmon because the amount she scooped was OUTRAGEOUSLY small. I only paid for this because I was hungry. This place just wants to be cheap with there customers, so sad...

Everytime we DoorDash with this location they don't read the directions correctly. We never get poke sauce! Horrible. You also can't call directly to speak with anyone before hand. Waste of money.

I normally have bad experiences at poke places, especially in Daly City. My wife wanted to try this place, so I gave it a chance. Overall, the bowl was fresh and delicious. The protein portions were actually a decent size and filled me up. I was satisfied with what I paid and will probably return. The tamago and crunchy toppings really added to the bowl.

Wow! The poke bowls here are amazingly good! You get to pick the size of the scoops of fish (small $11.99, medium $13.99, large $15.99, and extra scoop $2), 2 bases, any or all sides, 2 kinds of poke, 2 secret sauces, and a large selection of flavorful toppings (all toppings for only $2.50)!It's fun to customize your order...and you can't go wrong, because it's all delicious! The fish is fresh and tasty, and the other ingredients are all top-notch!My order: The complex combination of savory, umami flavors and textures of spicy crab and tender diced tuna poke over brown rice and kelp noodles, with crunchy, thinly sliced cucumber, shredded carrots, original mild poke sauce and creamy honey avocado sauce, and topped with: edamame, seaweed salad, kimchee, oshinko, green onion, cilantro, ginger, masago, sesame seeds, fried garlic chips, and Furikake was to-die-for! It could not be any fresher or tastier! There's always a line here, but it moves fast because of the excellent quick and friendly service. Be sure to tip! I highly recommend Poke Bowl at Stonestown and definitely plan to go back!

I've been here twice and overall I'm really impressed by this place. I was pretty impressed with the quality of the poke which was really delicious and fresh and they really load up on toppings. The menu has a wide variety of proteins and toppings to choose from. Only thing is that the service was a little slow. I came here for a late lunch and there was only one person in front of me and it took a little while for them to prepare my bowl. But overall, this is definitely a great spot to grab a delicious poke bowl. Really good value for a nice price!

The service is pretty fast here. The past times I've came during dinner time and there was always a line. This poke place located in the Stonestown shopping mall in the food court. I like this poke bowl spot so much that I decided to come here twice within the last few days. The first time I ate at the food court which was kind of crowded. The second time I took it to go and it still tasted good. The order I've been getting is a medium which is three scoops. My main critique is that I wish the sauce was drizzled over my salad but they only mix the sauce with the fish. Their scoops of fish are also small. Other than that I would say the foods pretty good and I like the overall taste. For my base I got the half sals and kelp noodle. The kelp noodle has an interesting crunch which I like. For my fish I chose the salmon, tuna, and crab which were all fresh. I basically get all the toppings and it all works well together.

This is one of my favorite places in the Stonestown food court. Ordering is easy. Just check off what you want on the order form and then hand it to the person behind the counter. This is much easier than trying to make verbal requests and being misheard. I love how you can vary how you build your poke bowl. And many toppings are available without additional charge. You can choose as many or few as you like. I usually go for 3 item bowl, and either all rice or half rice half salad. The people working here assemble each bowl quickly and efficiently. The bowls are densely packed and it's decent value for the price.

I never post bad reviews, but my first one. I come all the time and when I asked for siracha sauce, which I get always, they said no. Terrible service!!!

TLDR; Food is almost always great. Never really had an issue with it. It's just very slow service more often than not and never consistent in quantity compared to the size of the bowl.I used to get the smallest size because they would actually fill it up all to the lid. But now, I more often than not get massive gaps between the food and the lid, meaning they are putting less in it than before. So I have to get medium. But then that also has gaps. And the same issue with the large. So it's a bit frustrating to sometimes get the full amount and then get less the next. They often also have only 1 employee working at a time, so the line gets incredibly long. Especially during meal times. And my biggest frustration often is in how slow the employee ends up working

Fast service, decent quality and reasonable prices. A nice place to try if you want to make a "healthy" lunch choice vs. most everything else in this food court.Poke Bowl is located at the top level of the mall at the edge of the Stonestown food court closer to the movie theater end of the mall. To order, there are little order forms that you fill out with the supplied pencils sitting in a box on the front counter. Simply check off what you want in your bowl (base, protein, and toppings, and hand it to the person behind the counter who fulfills your order. If you don't want raw fish, they have other proteins available such as Chicken Teriyaki or Smoked Pork for $11.75 per bowl.Behind the counter, you'll find hurried but efficient, hardworking servers dishing out bowl after bowl to address the long lines seen during the lunch crush. Poke Bowl has been here for years, and have outlasted many other places that have come and gone in this food court.Average fish quality - not awesome but all ingredients certainly quite fresh, For my $13.99 for three scoops of protein, I get a bigger deeper bowl vs. the two-scoop bowl and with more of every ingredient. Reasonable portions for everything, and they'll give you a little extra of whichever item if you ask for it. I went for a half and half split between salad and brown rice to keep things relatively healthy, with equal portions of tuna, salmon and spicy tuna as the protein portion.. Your order taker mixes the protein with your selection of sauces in a metal mixing bowl before laying it over your base starch or salad. Your bowl is then handed off to the 2nd server/cashier who applies the toppings you checked off earlier on top. Pay up, grab your utensils and find a seat out there on the food court. The sauces I chose ( ponzu and house) felt weak to us, so I went back to get their unagi sauce on the side - presented in a little snap top cup, for a nominal 50 cents. A nice lady who felt the same was ahead of me for the same thing and paid for my extra sauce along with hers! Blessings to her!Yeah, I've had better Poke bowls, but this isn't bad. They definitely deserve a gratuity for their A-level effort, and this meal definitely kept me away from the greasy stuff! Worth a shot if you are in the area and just want a Poke Bowl!

Eh. Just waited in line there to get a bowl. The two guys behind me handed their little ticket to the counter person before me, which I thought was kind of off. It's a bit weird to have an adult try to cut you in line, but whatever. I hand her mine and she takes all three - starts working on there's (mine didn't have rice). I just found the whole thing strange -- I didn't get to hand my ticket with the people that were in line before me... I'm assuming something was going on that I just didn't get and just left. ? I don't know - I guess it's silly, but I just found the whole thing strange.

Standard shopping mall eatery. Didn't realize there were so many food poisoning reviews until after the fact. I personally didn't get food poisoning or see anything concerning, but it might've been because it was a busy line and the ingredients aren't just sitting out unattended for hours. I like that there is an order form so the employees can just make your bowl off what you've checked off and it keeps you occupied while waiting in line. I didn't like that the pricing was confusing though. On the sneeze screen, there was a sign that said 50 cents extra for over 2 toppings or something to that extent, but then the employees (who I could barely hear over the mall noise and the sneeze screen) said we could have unlimited? Anyways, the instructions and pricing on the order paper seems to be accurate. Poke bowl tasted standard. Wouldn't be my first choice to come back, but wouldn't totally avoid it either.

I got food poisoning here after ordering a bowl with fishy tasting albacore and tako. Be very careful
