Good fish. Good sauce. Only feedback is that if we do half rice have salad, it'd be cool if they were half and half rather than salad under hot rice. We ordered delivery and it was solid. Will order light mayo on musubi next time as well.

Service: Depending on when you go, the service can be quick or slow. I've had a bowl come out shortly after ordering and I've had to wait 20 minutes another time. But the staff is friendly tho. Food: It doesn't look like a lot of food, but it fills you up! They really pack your bowl. There was more toppings and sides than poke tho. But I don't mind it. Everything is fresh. This is more like a grab and go type of place, but they do have a couple high chairs by the window if you want to eat it there as well. It's in a small plaza, so parking is never an issue for me!

This is the second time I’ve gotten food poisoning from this restaurant. I don’t believe they are storing their food at the correct temperatures. Especially concerned about the storage of rice.

This is my favorite poke place. The price is fare and poke is delicious. In addition they have good costumer service.i would recommend this place 100%

My first sticking point applies to any restaurant, if you are going to upcharge an item it should be worth the charge. I was charged extra for mango on my poke bowl, and it's not ripe and tasteless, I honestly picked it off and added some to my leftovers at home and it was far better. It's not like the mango is out of season. It's just lazy. My rice isn't even fully cooked. Then there's the fish, also tasteless and underwhelming. The mixed greens were slimy and going bad, they were also picked out of the dish for fear of getting sick. In general, I'm not sure how this place is so highly rated other than that it's main clientele is a young college crowd who maybe isn't as scrutinized as the other folks in the area. Definitely not worth the money.

Don't let the outside fool you, the ingredients were fresh, they give so so so much, and it's definitely super value. I've been here twice getting takeout and once through doordash and the service is always 10/10. Everytime my bowl is filled to the brim and they're always patient to answer questions I have about sauces and whatnot. As with all poke places, the price is a biiit steep, but given how generous they make my bowl everytime, on top of the plenty of parking outside, I would definitely come back again!

Great food, good service. Nice size bowls, good bang for the buck. I always go there.

I was disappointed in the service today. The food was okay and when my boyfriend and I walked in, we were ignored for five or more minutes. The employee did not even look up or acknowledge our presence. It seemed like she was making a bowl for an online order. What would have made it better is a simple "Hi, I'll be with you guys in a minute." Even when we had our order taken, she just took the sheet from us and told us our total. We weren't even greeted. I noticed the scoops for fish/protein got smaller (my bowl was mostly rice) and she put fried garlic instead of the fried onions we asked for as a topping. The amount of each topping in the bowl were small and even the amount of poke sauce in the bowl didn't seem like a lot. The tuna my boyfriend ordered didn't taste or look fresh, it had a dull color and odd texture. My craving for good poke was not satisfied and unfortunately, I don't think I'll be coming back here.

I didn't like it. I'm giving three stars because I was able to finish half the bowl. I think if it fits your tastes, it'll be good. My partner thought his bowl was fine.

The meal was fresh and the portions were generous. However, they missed my avocado add-on even though I was charged for it.Two people in my party also had their orders made incorrectly. They also drop a bowl's lis on the ground, and continue to use it for a customer after it made contact on the ground. When we called her out on it, "she said oh I didn't notice"

The food servings are generous and tasted fresh. Service was simple and the server was not friendly but did her job. She didn't seem like she wanted to be there but still answered questions. You fill out these sheets with your order by selecting options in each category with a marker. Then you pay and the server puts the bowl order together. There was only one person ahead of us, so we ordered and got our food in about 10 minutes. We were hungry after a 2 mile run, and the regular bowl was plenty and satisfying for me. I liked the Hawaiian sauce with salmon, spicy tuna, rice, and the toppings. I'd avoid the crispy onion though. It didn't add anything to the flavor and felt more like annoying confetti.. it was also chewy so that was annoying. But overall, great poke bowls (nothing like you'd get in Hawaii, but good enough for the mainland). We got 2 regular bowls for about $29 with no extra add-ons.The ambiance is... there is none. There are cases of drinks tucked in a corner, and no seating space. It's just a place to order and take out to eat at home or wherever. Personally, if this place didn't have good reviews on yelp, I would've skipped based on how the inside looks. It's not dirty but not that great to look at... and when raw fish is involved, I just feel like it's best to put your best foot forward and keep the space clean and tidy. Anyways, it's good poke, quick service, and the ambiance is nonexistent. The taste and price were right so will return again if I have a poke craving.

Keep in mind that there is no indoor or outdoor seating here! But no worries, take the food to eat in your car in the parking lot or take it back home. I was really surprised at how much I liked the poke bowl here! It is a bit pricey for the small vs large. Crab also isn't included for free and counts as a protein. I wish it was including for free as a topping like many other poke shops do. Although there were quite a few cons for this poke shop, I really liked how the bowl tasted and I liked how the bowl was filled with food! I would actually come back if I was ever in the area.

I'm glad they have a poke place near Park Merced, this was my first time here and it was a small little to-go poke place with no seating. i wanted to eat there so i was surprised there was no where to sit and I had to sit outside on a table of another restaurant in the sun. The service was mid as I didn't know you had to fill out the form with your selections and I was waiting a very long time to be told that. But other than that, the food is really good and I will continue getting poke here. I might just have to order delivery though because of the lack of seating.

1/22/2023. Ordered from door dash like around 615pm. Said it would come bout 1 hour and it did. I had to call and make sure to put all the sauces on the side cause we didn't want our bowls drenched in sauces. Also, if we don't finish it, we can save it in the fridge for the next day. Omg! ALL THE INGREDIENTS WERE FRESH AND THEY PACKED OUR BOWL REEEAL GOOD! Well, the tuna was a bit dry but that's ok. Also, I wish their bowls were wider so we could have room to eat. Miso soup was alright. I think cause we ordered bout the time they were closing, so we probably got like the last of it? Other than that, STILL AMAZING!!! Hawaiian sauce is savory, a bit sweet and spicyPoke sauce is a must! (savory, sweet, a bit tangy & salty)Spicy mayo is pretty good, too!!! Mayo with like sirracha in it, I assume. :) eats
